Great rental in an awesome location! This house is close to everything! Shopping, restaurants, and the beach are all nearby The house was clean and tidy when we arrived. Check in was a breeze. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer available as well. Great amenities such as beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, etc for guests to use. The only down side was that this time of year, the pool was almost completely in the shade all day. Definitely not anything the owners could have done anything about. It's where the sun is this time of year, coupled with the fact that the neighbors trees block most of the sun the entire day. The pool was nicely heated, however it was such a bummer it wasn't in the sun really at all.

The property is newly renovated. The pictures are a true reflection of the property. I was most impressed with the property owner Ariel. I was having trouble with the Vrbo app upon check in. Ariel immediately gave me a call to make sure I was able to get into the property and everything was okay. The property is perfect for families. It was clean, equip with everything I needed and most importantly I felt safe.

House was most renovated in the entire neighborhood but all the other houses seemed old and dingy and wasn’t too appealing.AMI was apparently only ten minutes away but with traffic took us almost an hour to get to the island and so not super convenient. This house was exactly what we needed! 10 minutes to the beach! The house was so nice and cozy we felt right at home! So much to do in the area. We really had a nice relaxing stay :).
