New, four bedroom, four and one half bath, family friendly custom home in midtown Memphis. This home is three doors down from our sister property, Higbee House.

The charm and character are unsurpassed in our beautiful antique filled craftsman home. This home is located near great restaurants and the theater district. This is a nice quiet neighborhood with a small park across the street.
