Very clean room and super comfy beds. Check in was a little confusing since you need to go to a different location than the front desk of the resort, but the Eagle Crest staff got me to the right place and everything else was great. Would stay here again.

It was a great condo with a really nice view of the river. we had a nice time. The beds were comfortable, and the towels were clean. The condo was decorated really cute and was updated. No complaints!

Check in wasn’t as smooth as it could have been. We finally got into our rental after 6 pm. After that everything was as advertised. The condo was very clean and the view of the canyon on the Deschutes River was beautiful.

We were very upset when we checked in and found out that they were planning to move us to another unit in the middle of our trip. We booked our stay from Wednesday night until Sunday. They told us that we would have to be out of our room by 11:00 on Friday morning. We went to the office at 9:30 am to check out and move into our new room. They told us that our new room would not be ready until around 12:30 that day. We had plans with our granddaughter that we had to cancel because of this mess. Not a good experience!

Nice condo as described with a king primary suite upstairs and twin bedroom plus full bath downstairs. We didn't utilize the kitchen or living areas much during our quick stay, but everything looked nice and updated. Gas fireplace and nice little deck with BBQ and table out back. A few things that could have been better: Unit was not very clean (food crumbs on the table and couch, hair in the shower and sinks) and the address on our confirmation email was wrong, you actually check in at Canyon Rim Sports Center instead of the main Eagle Crest front desk. We liked the location and would visit again. Nice hiking trail along the river and lots of amenities we didn't get to use on our quick trip.

We kept to ourselves while we stayed. The condo was a great place to put our feet up and relax. The only downside was the furniture in this unit was extremely uncomfortable for any length of time. We had a beautiful view and a lovely window bench to sit and watch the sunrise. But settling in for the evening with a movie wasn't the best option.
