Home away from home

From pre-arrival check in to check out, the communication and expectations of the stay were simple. The stay was truly a vacation dream home away from home.

Excellent Location

We loved our stay at Sea Glass. The unit was extremely clean and appeared almost brand new. The proximity to the restaurants in GS was great. Walkable to Pink Pony and the Hangout! Easy access to the beach as well. Also appreciated being across the street from Pier 33 for little items we had forgot through the week.

Nice stay - some issues upon arrival

We loved this location! Nice pool, private access to the beach. The condo was nice, but when we first arrived, the fold out couch had not been cleaned (dirty flat sheet and mattress cover). The only extra sheets were twin size, so we had to wash everything and remake the bed before our daughter could go to sleep. The master bedroom flat sheet was also too small for the bed (maybe full size), so we messaged the property manager about the cleanliness issue and getting some properly fitting sheets. The manager was apologetic and had the cleaning crew bring two more sheet sets, but they were still too small. We made it work though. The condo also had a mildew smell upon arrival and throughout our stay. We are pretty sure it mainly originated from the washing machine and did not go away no matter how many loads we washed. You might consider bringing some portable air fresheners and/or room spray if you are sensitive to smells. Things I wished I knew before: bring extra toilet paper! The coffee maker uses kcups and grounds - but bring your own coffee filters if you use grounds. Bring air freshener of some sort. Bring laundry detergent to wash towels… there were only 6 full size bath towels. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
