Excellent experience

From the time we arrived to the time we left we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. They were four adults and two teenagers plenty of room for everybody. The bathrooms were great and plenty full. I would highly recommend this for any family as you can either Uber or metro down into the city. We would definitely come back.

Comfortable home in a fun neighborhood

The rowhouse was nicely updated and comfortable for our family of six. We felt safe there. We were able to spread out and not feel crowded at all. The FOUR bathrooms made things SO much smoother for a family with four girls ages 12 - 16! We had nice walk to the Metro each day and saw all kinds of wonderful stuff in Washington, and then enjoyed relaxing at the home in the evening. My husband said the internet and television were the easiest to use that he's ever seen in a rental. We also enjoyed The Union Market nearby, and Teeter Harris grocery store. We hope we can stay again!

Great House and location

Our family stayed for a week to take in the Smithsonian museums and DC history. The house was perfect for my 3 grown children and I with the three bedrooms and three and a half baths and the additional basement space. The house was beautiful and we loved being able to come back from sight seeing to make dinner and relax. The house is close to the Metropolitan Branch Trail which makes for an easy walk to the NOMA metro station. There are also cute coffee shops and restaurantes in walking distance. The host was helpful and suggested local grocery stores for us. We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again!
