Take it easy at this unique and tranquil fully furnished getaway. Newly constructed 2-bedroom cabin with additional queen pull-out sofa bed off Trinity River between Riverside and Trinity at River Rat Resort. Easy drive up from the hustle and bustle of Houston area. 2-acre pond for fishing and new boat ramp for boating on the Trinity River and Lake Livingston. Lake Livingston is a short boat ride down Trinity River. Plenty of parking for two vehicles and a boat trailer. Pet friendly with a $50 fee and approval (some restrictions apply). Short drive to Huntsville and all the attractions and shopping it offers.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Set air to 80 or heat to 50. Put bath linens in hamper in bathroom. Turn off all lights. Lock all doors. Place keys in keypad and turn dial so code isn't show. Drop trash in dumpster on way out.
