PANORAMIC PIE HIGH IN THE SKY:

If you're yearning for the FINEST WHITE SANDS with warm waters, you need to be at Gulf Shores and SEAWIND 1504 is one of the best DIRECT BEACHFRONT CONDOS. You will wake up each morning to luxurious 9 ft. crown molded ceilings in this -04 unit. Since it is an -04 or PIE-SHAPED condo , it is almost 300 SQ FEET LARGER and has almost TWICE THE BEACHFRONT BALCONY compared to the usual SEAWIND condos.

The pie-shaped floor plan gives you access to the beachfront balcony and view of the beachfront from three different rooms-- indeed better than many penthouses at Gulf Shores.

Since the balcony is JUTTING OUT towards the gulf and has an ANGLE, you can ALMOST ALWAYS FEEL A BREEZE on your face as you look at the PANORAMIC VIEW of the beach and the gulf during the day. Furthermore, in the evening you can view different colors of the sky as the sun sets in the horizon.

On the 15th floor, you are far enough up to VIEW THE VIEW and yet close enough to HEAR THE SURF as you recline on your lounge chair and use your binoculars to view the dolphins.

In addition to the dining table with leather chairs, there are also four bar chairs available for seating.

A large laundry room with a full size washer and dryer is available.

FULL FITNESS CENTER with a big screen TV as well as a SAUNA is available to all guests.

A HEATED INDOOR/OUTDOOR POOL is complimented with a zero entry wading Kiddie pool can suit visitors of all ages. The kiddie pool has fountains for children.

This condo is CENTRALLY LOCATED with several restaurants within a 5 MINUTE WALK of this condominium.

ARMBANDS allow access into the pools, fitness center and sauna. ARMBANDS are furnished for guest. Condo rules require Parking Permits to be bought by Seawind guests. One is furnished with booking. ADDITIONAL PARKING PASS cost $50.00 per vehicle AND MUST BE PURCHASED AT BOOKING. MAXIMUM OF 2 PASSES PER STAY.

Parasailing and Jet skiing is available just outside the condo building.

The unit is incredibly comfortable with plenty of space to spread out. The balcony... You get sunrises and sunsets that you will remember forever. I had every breakfast on that balcony and checked it out every evening at sunset. Simply beautiful.

First time at Gulf Shores

We had a great trip! Beach was wonderful, the condo was clean, spacious, and the balcony was incredible. The owner was also quick to answer questions during our stay. The large laundry room was a pleasant surprise! There are only two elevators in the building but we never had any major issues with that. Just be aware of that sometimes there might be a wait. Overall I’d highly recommend this property.

Unfortunately, the weather was not super cooperative during our stay, but the condo was clean and beautiful and the balcony is definitely what makes it-great view, large size and great assortment of furniture. Highly recommend!

Beach getaway

The property was clean and very nice. The furnishings inside we good and the balcony was amazing. Plenty of room for everyone inside and out as well. It is conveniently located to the shops, stores and restaurants, just don't go to the Alvin's island/Island market across the street it is very over priced on the grocery items. I would definitely stay there again if we get the opportunity.

The condo was very nice and had a beautiful view. The only thing I was disappointed in was the pool. It was very small. A lot smaller than it looked like in the pictures.

This was a perfect location for me, my daughter, son in law and their two children. Tons of beach toys in unit too!! Three sliding doors leading to the huge balcony, lots of seating on the balcony and THE VIEW!!!!

Our stay was great. Our condo had the best balcony view one could ask for. It was relaxing and exactly what I came for. If I had to point out one downfall it would have to be the elevator situation. The wait is sometimes long and the area seems to always have an odor.

The property was amazing. The condo was exactly as advertised. It was fully stocked with anything you could possible need. The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils. The unit even had beach towels and beach equipment. We had a minor issue with the door on Sunday morning. I reached out to Danny at 7:30 on a Sunday morning. He responded almost immediately and got the issue fixed.... ON A SUNDAY. Will definitely stay in the unit again. This is our third stay at the seawinds. They elevators have greatly improved. The operator Dave was a family favorite. Looking forward to our next trip.

Amazing views

Our Family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Condo. We had 3 adults and 2 small children, aged 3 and 1. The Condo was very clean and spotless. They provided everything we needed, including dish soaps, towels and washcloths, extra trash bags, etc. We had already arranged for beach gear rental for the week and upon arriving I wished we hadn’t. Just inside the entry door there is an entire rack along the wall full of everything you need for the beach…..and I do mean everything (toys, beach mats, chairs and umbrellas). My 3 year old Grandson loved all of the beach toys!! The beds were all comfortable and we loved the HUGE wraparound balcony. The furniture and decor must have been recently updated because I’m pretty sure the listing pictures don’t match what is there. I could go on and on but I’ll just say that I’m looking forward to coming back to this unit!! It exceeded our expectations and wants. Waking up every morning with coffee on the balcony and watching dolphins is just amazing.

“Gorgeous views”

This condo was beautiful and so comfortable! The beds were so comfy; we slept very well. The balcony was our favorite part of the condo; with the corner unit, we had gorgeous views on 3 sides of the condo. We watched the dolphins, took naps, and got our tanning in too all from the balcony. We loved it!!! The condo has a well-stocked kitchen for meals or snacking. There are several restaurants within walking distance of the condo (with all the great food nearby, you will need a walk😉). There are also many gift shops close by and a grocery mart right across the street. The Granger Outlet mall is within 19 minutes. There is a Starbucks in the outlet mall and another one inside Target in Gulf Shores (gotta have ☕️). This condo is a must see to believe. The ONLY negative we had was the elevators (on Saturday and Sunday). There are only 2 for the entire building, and the wait time was terrible. However, on Monday-Friday, there were no issues at all. We WILL return👍🏻 Thank you so much for providing such a GEM!!

Seawind 1504 was good, but Horrible Elevator Situation!

Seawind 1504 was fine. The view was great. My communication and interaction with Danny and with Shasta, the housekeeper was very good. Unfortunately there are only 2 elevators in this condo with 20 floors and one was broken the whole time we were there. On the day of our arrival along with many other people crowded into the same space, we spent 45 minutes to an hour each time waiting on an elevator trying to get our things to the room, which obviously took more than one trip. Our unit was on the 15th floor. One of us has a serious permanent injury to the foot, ankle and hip and there was no way to climb the stairs. The 2 who were able to climb stairs were completely exhausted lugging things up and down 15 floors every day. We paid a lot of hard earned money for a relaxing vacation at the beach, but unfortunately that was not the case. There were many unhappy angry people dealing with this same situation. Obviously 2 elevators are not adequate for this building and with one broken, it’s a disaster. Unfortunately we are sorry to say, as other vacationers also said to us, we won’t plan to stay at Seawind unless this elevator situation is resolved.

We absolutely loved this place. The condo was clean and had super nice appliances. We had access to all kinds of beach stuff. My only complaint was the upkeep of the pools but that doesn’t discourage me from going back. The extra large balcony was awesome and made the whole experience.

Why they chose this property

My family and I fell in love with Gulf Shores the moment we stepped onto the WHITEST and FINEST sand we had ever seen. The water is warmer and the weather is milder than most of the Atlantic and Pacific coastal areas.

What makes this property unique

I love to sit on the LARRRGE beachfront balcony of our pie-shaped condo. Since the balcony is at an angle and twice the size of other balconies, there is almost always a breeze. One can hear the ocean waves and forget all worries. I looked at several penthouses at Gulf Shores but chose this condo because of it's pie-shaped floor plan and enormous balcony.
