Good location

Room was clean; had mini fridge and microwave. Located in nice area, close to airport and lots of restaurants. Nice pool and tiki bar located on property. Enjoyed our stay!

Pictures don't reflect reality

Much smaller than appeared, terrible arrangement with origional owners ( Ramada ) Al a carte for anything beyond 2 washcloths. The pics were removed from site shortly after booking. I was sent a link ( that did not work ) after inquiry. Overpriced for dinky room with cheap accomadations. Sarasota is great place, this place is not!

Complete disaster

We couldn’t get the access information until the day of the rental. The property is listed as a studio but it’s really a run down hotel room. The shower flooded and stunk up the room with sewer smell. We messaged the owner and hours later no response. Had to contact VRBO support several times and they assured us we would be refunded for the room since we had to find another place to stay. I got an email stating that VRBO determined I wasn’t eligible for a refund because of the time I reported it. Probably the reason the owner didn’t want us to see the room since we couldn’t even see the dump until the minute we were expected the check in. VRBO agent assured us we would be refunded since the room was not habitable. I even emailed pictures of the shower flooding. Someone needs to make this right.
