Casa Del Mar Resort is an oceanfront resort that includes (bars, restaurants, swim up bar, spa and room service delivered to your condo) You can have the best of both worlds staying at Casa Dorado 105/106.

Relax in your own villa with stunning Hacienda interiors, a rare open floor plan which was redesigned from two units into one large 2700 Sq Ft unit. with spectacular ocean views.

The open entertaining areas were designed around entertaining family and friends. The chef in your group will enjoy the workspace in our kitchen that has enough room for everyone in your party, whether sitting at the counter chatting or helping put together a gourmet meal. You have an option to enjoy your beautiful dinner indoors in our elegant dining room seating for 8 guests or the beautiful outdoor dining area that seats 6.

There are two master suites, which gives you privacy, located at opposite ends of the unit, each master bedroom opens up onto a terrace that has beautiful ocean views. The sleeping areas are perfect for two families to share. There is an additional third bedroom with a queen size bed to include 2 more guests.

Neighboring the exclusive 'Las Ventanas Hotel', Casa Del Mar offers privacy and exclusivity, yet is a mere 10 miles from the bustling heart of downtown Cabo San Lucas with its vibrant night-life, world-class restaurants, bars, cantinas and shopping.

Fantastic Location and condo unit

We were able to celebrate with some friends for a few days in this fantastic unit. The beach and resort facilities were perfect for our needs. The pool was steps from the condo, the beach not much further and we were able to view the releasing of turtles in the morning just to top it all off!

Gorgeous property adjacent to the beach

This villa is sited in the newer section of the Casa del Mar resort and looks out over a garden of bougainvillea and green grass toward the ocean a short walk away. The owners have created a comfortable and attractive home-away-from-home near, but not too near, shopping and the corridor to other attractions.

A wonderful chill getaway

If you are looking for a quiet, well maintained property intern Cabo and San Jose, this is the perfect place. Any issues were addressed quickly and the owners are so friendly and approachable. The condo itself is spacious and clean and the perfect spot for 3 couples or a family looking to get away from.the busyness of life. Also loved that it was on floor level. The 4 pickleball courts were easy to book. We used them every day! Such a great place to stay. Highly recommend.

Carol was wonderful to work with on our booking and was very responsive and helpful! The villa is very nice and plenty of room to spread out. Nice veranda to sit outside and enjoy the view and there is so much to do at the resort. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice and the kitchen was well stocked! We had a wonderful time. The place was absolutely beautiful. Our host was a great help.

Our host was quick with his responses. The place is exactly like it looks. It’s beautiful, I would stay there again. I am glad that I rented a car because it is not walkable to anything outside of the resort.

Casa Del Mar is the perfect location if you are looking for a relaxing low key environment. We really enjoyed having the outdoor living space where we had morning coffee and chef prepared dinners recommended by the host. The stay was amazing, we really enjoyed our stay. The place was spacious, spectacular kept up really well, the views were amazing. We weren’t able to get in right away so, we had to wait for awhile at the hotel lobby next to us. They were when we first arrived but other than that everything went well

Gorgeous Condo and Excellent Location

This was the perfect place to stay for our recent couples trip. We have stayed in plenty of places, but Carol and Costantino's beautiful villa was by far one of the best. We had plenty of space with our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The location was great, views were amazing, pool was wonderful. We loved being able to walk down the beach, enjoyed the restaurants at the resort when we didn't want to go out, the tacos on the beach next to the condo were some of the best! Carol and Costantino were incredible hosts and very responsive to us. We will definitely be back, hopefully sooner rather than later!

Fabulous Getaway to Cabo

We absolutely loved our stay in this Condo. It was so spacious and perfect for a family of five. We liked that the resort was located in a quiet area outside of downtown Cabo, and the condo was in an excellent location on the premises with a beautiful view and easy access to the pool area. The unit was extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed. It definitely lived up to the description. On top of that, the hosts were amazing and very communicative throughout the entire process. We would love to come back here and stay again!

Cabo Friends Vacation

Casa Dorado did not disappoint us! This condo was perfect for a three couples week getaway, and the owner accommodated us amazingly. The location is amazing; between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose Del Cabo, the condo is private and just steps away from the pool and beach. Zoetry Resort offered everything we needed. If you're looking for a quiet place to vacation and enjoy the sun, this is your place. The swim-up bar was amazing, too; we were able to make our own drinks and enjoy the pool. We loved that the homeowner stayed engaged with us, that the condo was authentic and clean, and gave each couple their own private room and bathroom. Great place for friends and family!

Why they chose this property

In 1994 on our first trip to Cabo we fell in love with Casa Del Mar and bought our first 2 bedroom condo. As we began spending more time with family and friends, we outgrew our little condo, but didn't want to leave this beautiful resort. It's very difficult to find a 3 bedroom 3 bath one level unit in Casa Del Mar with 2700 sq ft. on the first floor. As soon as this unit became available we knew it was perfect and purchased it right away.
