I do not recommend for families

First. There is a nice old lady that works the front counter. She works very slow processing check-ins so it took about 30 minutes for 2 people to check in. Then the room key cards did not work so I had to return from the 3rd floor to get it done again, another almost 15 minutes! I then find someone’s dirty clothes in my room! We drop our bags after all this and go for dinner. We get back, and we go to shower. One room has a shower that does not drain water. I had to have the rest of my family come back and for the to my room to use the shower. They had to have known it didn’t work because someone had to run water to clean the tub right? It was too late in the evening and they had no maintenance person on shift. The only good experiences we had were the hot tub and sleep. At checkout, the personnel ant the desk named Lisa acknowledged she knew about the unacceptable issues and said she would get with the general manager and refund one of the rooms. This should be a FULL REFUND for both! I have not received a call or refund yet!! This kind of thing shouldn’t take long at all. Is this how we treat our military families? I would personally not book here again unless they properly compensate me for the problems we had to experience making us go to sleep later which made the next leg of our road trip suck because we were so tired.
