A Little Bit of Paradise-Direct Beachfront

We have the best cleaner on the beach, just read our reviews.
During COVID:
She is spending extra time disinfecting and sanitizing.
There is hand sanitizer inside the condo for your use.

From the moment you walk into this home, you will be mesmerized by the view. You don't get any closer to the beach than this. Our two bedroom/two bath condo has been remodeled from floor to ceiling including all new stainless steel appliances and furniture.
The living room has two leather love seats, a huge 50inch television ready for your netflix account, and the best view in the house--13ft sliding glass doors to the balcony where you can watch the dolphins playfully swim by and gorgeous sunsets every night. The kitchen is fully equipped to make a meal for 2 or the whole family. The dining area has seating for 6. There is a full size washer and dryer.
The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and sliding door to the balcony so you can wake every morning to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico or fall asleep at night to the light of the full moon glistening off the water.
The Master Bathroom has an over-size walk in shower and two sinks.
The second bedroom has 3 beds: 1 full size bed and twin bunk beds.
We provide beach chairs and beach towels for you to use.
There is also a pac-n-play and high chair.

We had the best time at this amazing property. Perfect beachfront location with spectacular ocean views from the covered balcony. The condo has everything you need, to include beach chairs/umbrellas, etc. Not only were we steps away from the beach, but we were able to walk to restaurants/bars, shops, the Pier and more. We'll definitely be back next year.

Just perfect!

Definitely would stay here again! From the moment we stepped into the condo we felt relaxed. Robin and George had everything we possibly needed for our stay. The condo was immaculate and you can’t have a better beach view from their unit and seeing the dolphins everyday was just amazing!

Vacation stay was lovely. Condo is nice. Location is a bit far from restaurants and other activity if you plan to walk. Parking is sparse and expensive. The elevator was broken all week so if you have mobility issues just be aware that you will have to manage a steep set of stairs. Beach was beautiful. Weather was 50/50. It rained a few days and was cloudy a lot. Bed in main bedroom was xtra xtra hard. Xtra hard. A few minor things needed taken care of. Light over stove was out. Slider doors at very hard to open. And there was a small lizard residing in the valence of the slider door in the main bdrm. He came out to catch the sun. All in all a pretty good stay. Fix the elevator please. That’s the main issue we had because I had hurt me back and could not make it down the stairs and had to cancel two excursions without refund. Several hundred dollars lost.

Property was beautiful and right on the beach. Air conditioner could not keep up with the heat. Lowest the temperature in the condo got was 78. Not being able to have an alcoholic drink on the beach wasn't the worst thing in the world, but I guess I should have done some research. Water was clear and beautiful. Beach was family friendly.

Dec Stay

Being repeat guests tells the story. I like knowing what a property is like, and how the owners communicate with me as a guest.Robin has always been a wonderful host. The condo has been well stocked, fully functioning, comfortable, clean and consistently pleasing.The oceanfront location is on a beautiful stretch of wide beach. There is a locked security gate and an elevator. We have never had any concern in this location. While the North end of the beach has less action, I consider it a plus. Walking to the main beach area with its many restaurants and bars is an easy 15 minutes walk. I've stayed here many times and always enjoyed it.

Make a few changes please!

Condo was great..except 2nd bedroom. No ac in there. Put 3 fans for air support. Still at least 80 deg. Mattress on full bed was horrible. Miserable. All adults. Misrepresented guest room in add.

Property issues

Location 5 star. Poor and bad cleaning. all the glassware was dirty. Bed liners and towels were old and dirty. Second bedroom mattress has a hole in the middle. Bunk bed is not safe at all, it moves from one side to another. Not safe for kids. Elevator did not work during the week. 2nd bedroom closet is a storage unit. The owner contacted me to let me know the AC had been working 24 hrs straight. Who cares about that during vacations? They charge 5 star prices for cheap service and maintenance. No bath soap, no shampoo, no shower supplies.

The property is right on the beach with no obstructions walking to the water or viewing the gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. We walked along the beach to two different restaurants for dinner. Communication with the host was seamless, as was the check-in process. This property is the best value, by far, for direct beach access when you need two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The condo was clean, quiet, and well-kept.

We truly enjoyed staying here. Check-in was a breeze. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and then some. Wifi access was superb and our son was able to connect his Xbox without any issues. We plan to stay here again.

Peaceful Paradise

We loved this location: a very clean well-kept condo in a small complex right on uncrowded North Clearwater Beach with easy walking distance to the rest of Clearwater Beach and all of the action.

Family Vacation - Escape to the Sun

The property was absolutely beautiful and perfect for a family vacation. My parents came down with my son and I for a spring break and double digit birthday celebration. The balcony was a favorite for all of us from morning coffee, midday reading, to breath taking sunsets. Robin was extremely responsive to all questions and provided everything we needed to enjoy the beach. Highly recommend this property and would definitely book again in the future.

We originate from Illinois. We are semi-retired and bought a 'winter' home in Central Florida a few years ago. On one of our winters here we started 'beach hopping' to find the best of Florida's many beaches. We instantly fell in love with the Clearwater Beach area and bought a condo. We plan to fully retire to Clearwater Beach soon.

Why they chose this property

Clearwater Beach has so many activities for every age group. Colony Surf is located on the quieter North end of the beach. But it is still within walking distance to all of the tourist hot spots including Pier 60. You can check out the many restaurants and shops on your stroll down to the Beach Walk and Marina where you can charter a fishing boat, take a sightseeing cruise, rent jet skis and bicycles, or take a Segway Tour. What better way to get familiar with all that the area has to offer.
