Features a large dining room, a central garden with fountain, a library with a working desk for peaceful reading, working or just enjoying the afternoon, a seating area in the central courtyard, a chef's kitchen which is for staff use only, but they are here to service you. Just ask, and they will guide or assist. A beautiful rooftop terrace with table and views of the volcano which you can hear echo in the mountains as it has mini bursts which take your breath away. The lush gardens of this home are enchanting. Also, enjoy the pool on the main floor when you feel ready for a dip.

★PROVISIONS:
We extend a welcome with various essentials for your convenience, such as an ironing set, laundry facilities, a portable crib for the little ones, complimentary WiFi, and Smart TVs catering to your favorite streaming platforms like Netflix. On display are toiletries, linens, and towels to enhance your comfort. However, we humbly point out that washcloths or kitchen towels do not form part of our linen service.

★ GUEST SCREENING:
A check-in procedure for security and fraud prevention will be conducted.

★WHAT TO EXPECT:
Aspiring to cultivate a wonderful stay we have anticipated your needs, stocking fresh linens, towels, essential toiletries, fundamental cooking utensils, and pantry basics (like olive oil, salt, etc.). If you intend to prepare a meal or require specific items, the House Guide stands by with further details, beneficial advice, and comprehensive protocols for guests.

We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We would like to clarify that these local, third-party services are facilitated by the managing host and bear no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.

No-smoking policy and low noise level post 9 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited.
