Location near restaurants, bars, kiosks, bakeries and supermarkets. Martim de Sá beach is the most frequented beach of Caraguatatuba. Boardwalk, kiosks, bars and restaurants make its waterfront the busiest during weekends and vacations and holidays. Tumble beach in the south corner and shallower to the north. The neighborhood is very urbanized and is close to Prainha (great beach for children and seniors).

Ótima casa! Toda vez que vou para caraguá me hospedo nela. Ótimo espaço, tem de tudo na casa, os donos são super atenciosos e muito gente boa. Melhor casa para aproveitar as férias. Não vejo a hora de voltar. 😊
