The Old Dairy Spa
Set in the sleepy village of Combwich, ‘The Old Dairy’ is an ideal location to relax and unwind. Perfect for couples looking for a romantic getaway or for those looking for a base to explore what the Southwest has to offer, this property has it all. Uniquely refurbished to a high standard, the property also provides access to a large private, heated pool and large hot tub as well as a private summer area with a gas bbq and large summerhouse, an ideal getaway within walking distance!
The space
The Old Dairy is an annexed residence attached to the main house but is completely separate from the house with its own entrance. A large driveway provides plenty of room for off road parking with access for vehicles up to the size of a Mercedes Sprinter Van.
The Old Dairy has been completely refurbished offering and eclectic mix of comfort and function.
Entrance into the property is into a fully equipped kitchen including a Nespresso Vertuo Coffee machine.
There is a living room with a smart TV, log burner providing the opportunity to relax.
Upstairs is a large bedroom with a king size, super comfortable bed. Lounge area to relax and watch TV or read a book. A separate bathroom with an electric shower and dressing table completes the upstairs! The pictures really do help to demonstrate what there is on offer.
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the ‘Old Dairy’ which has its own entrance. Guests will be provided with a fob to control the electric gates that help provide a secure area for vehicle parking. At the property we also have a large heated pool, (seasonal) end of march-end of November. large hot tub (open all year) and private patio area with summerhouse. These areas are rarely used by the owners but if being used then we encourage space sharing. If guests are using these amenities then full privacy and exclusivity will be given. There is also a fully equipped gym including Nordic fusion cst, Peloton move, squat rack, dumbbells, barbells, cable machine, spin bike and lots of accessories.
Other things to note
Our property also has a large garden which has a log cabin. This is the residence of our dad who is a lovely friendly man. At the end of the garden are lots of fruit trees (please help yourselves if there is fruit available) we also have pets, one friendly Labrador and 3 cats, it would be appreciated if the entrance door is not left open as we keep the animals out of the ‘Old Dairy’. Access to washing facilities can be provided as the laundry room for the main house is adjacent to the ‘Old Dairy’, this just needs to be arranged with us so we can give access.
