Amazing Ground Floor Apartment in Bed-Stuy Brownstone

This place is right in the heart of a Bed-Stuy neighborhood. You can walk to all sorts of restaurants and sights in Crown Heights, Bushwick, and other parts of Brooklyn. The subway is blocks away. Once the property managers deal with some simple cleaning and communication issues, this apartment will be a gem.

The host never sent me the code to enter he apartment, I never entered; although I had personally visited him in the apartment a few days earlier and seemed fine (cordial relationship, no problem at all). It was highly disturbing because I had no place to go and --with the efficient help from people at Expedia-- we had to overcome the high stress, improvise & solve the complete absence of news from the host. I await a comment from Vrbo (specific, informative, no nosense, please). Thank you.

Renter Miquel was notified about a leak originating from the unit above, which occurred at a very inconvenient time. I sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and temporarily removed the listing until the issue is resolved.
