New Phoenix Guesthouse with a Pickleball Court

About this space
You will be comfortable in this spacious and unique property. Enjoy your getaway in this brand new guest house with lots of backyard amenities. Sitting on one acre with the main house you will have full access to a brand new pickleball court, playground, trampoline, fire pit, gas grill, Blackstone grill, outdoor dining table, yard games, pool and pool side seating! It has its own separate entrance for privacy and plenty of parking.

Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom with King size bed and plenty of storage space. Bedroom 2 - Queen size Murphy bed with Queen size air mattress available on request
Other things to note
We have two small friendly dogs you might encounter outside throughout your stay. No smoking allowed inside or on premises.
