Views of the water park and Dunes in rear. Here you will find three bedrooms, with three modern bathrooms. Handicap accessible ramp, wide entrances in the back and the bathroom. Plenty of room for everyone. Home has two patio decks, cozy fire place on top deck with lounge chairs and tables with six chairs plus a huge hot tub on first floor deck. Bbq grill and fire pit on lawn conveniently located next to the deck on first floor. Inside you will enjoy a clean modern kitchen fully stocked. Five smart TV’s will be available to enjoy in every part of the house. Poker table/ bumper pool and even a retro arcade table will surely be entertaining for guests. High speed, Internet, for those that need to work or stream entertainment. Towels, shampoo, soap & fresh linens are provided. All new mattresses that are super comfortable. Private drive way, with additional off street parking. Centrally located, with access to major highways, NYC ferry and train station. Ring security cameras are placed in front and back of the house by both entry points for your safety. Please no unauthorized guests. 100$ per day per guest /visitors will apply for every unauthorized guest or visitor.

Great stay!

Beautiful, clean, and conveniently located. Hosts were super responsive and welcoming. We especially loved the hot tub, fenced yard, and uniquely renovated bathrooms. Hoping to visit again!

Wonderful family trip

Our family of 2 kids and 5 adults had a great stay. We had dinner all together at the table, enjoyed the hot tub, and slept well in the beds. We appreciated the provided towels and linens as well as all the extras to make our stay comfortable.

Great Location

We saw a show at the PNC Bank Arts Center and decided to stay here for the weekend. The house was perfect and there was a lot to do. It was a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Central location for family Jersey Shore trip

Joe was a very responsive host and the house was very well stocked and centrally located to keep a family with kids and pets busy and enjoying the stay. The house is very close to beaches and amusement parks and a short drive to Sandy Hook, with plenty of stuff to do. We would definitely book again!

Bachelor fishing trip

Well kept and organized house. Spacious enough for my friends to sleep and easily get cleaned up after fishing. Coffee shop down the corner is really nice. Also jilleannes diner isnt far and the ladies there are super sweet and kind.

Fantastic Property and Host !

We had a great 3 night stay at this property, which is very clean, spacious, has a great location and with a really great host! Joe checked in with us, made sure we had everything we needed and was easy to reach with questions. The house has plenty of space, lots of places for people to sleep comfortably and is well equiped with everything you could need. The hottub was a favorite! I highly recommend this property and we look forward to visiting again!

Cute house in Keansburg

Updated, comfy house just a short walk to the beach which had a view of the NYC skyline. We spent several days at beautiful, historic Sandy Hook. Enjoyed the beach and renting bikes. Joe was extremely responsive to our questions and concerns and made several recommendations of what to do in the area. We enjoyed our stay here on the Jersey shore.

Perfect location for beach and fun

We had fantastic family time at this vacation home. Hot tub was perfect temperature and clean. Living area had plenty of room to sit and catch up with family. Loved the card table in this space also. Our family dinner had plenty of seating. Walk to and on beach was perfect distance to enjoy with children. Our weather was a bit rainy and cool but didn’t interfere with lots of game time. We would come back to enjoy summer fun

Owners goes above and beyond

We used the house for a long term stay for 3 employees. Joe went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable and had everything they needed. The house was a perfect setup, and he cleaned it for them part way through the stay. We appreciate his help to make an out of town job that much nicer!

Great house

Very spacious house for a family. Very close to the beach, amusement park, water park. The house has everything you‘ll need for sleeping, cooking, relaxing. The hot tub was a hit. The wifi quality was really appreciated by our kids. The beds are very comfortable. The shower at the master bedroom is just amazing. The balcony with the fireplace is also a nice place for a nightly storytelling. The host was very responsive every time we needed something. And also - the few artworks in the house are very original.

Amazing!

Having never been to Keansburg, I was not sure what to expect. However, expectations could never match the hidden gem this property offers. Our party included three generations of family from 64 to 7. There was something for everyone to enjoy… gaming table, bumper pool, big screen tvs, fire pits, a large hot tub, upscale decor and three full baths that defy description. I could live in those beautiful bathrooms. A quick walk to the beach, and boardwalk amusements round out a perfect multi generational experience. The host was absolutely great and made sure we had everything we needed. Would recommend and would stay again… only longer!

Firstly enough cannot be said about Joe and his family. You couldn't ask for a better host for our stay! Went over and above our every wish or need and made it so much more enjoyable. Friendly, helpful, easygoing, so good!! Left us enjoy the place and was there whenever we needed him. This is a must stay place. Exactly as described in the listing, and beautiful and clean. Most nights we were happy just to hang by either of the fires after a bbq because we were so content - and same with our dog. The hot tub is outstanding even when the weather got hot! Nice in the morning after a few beers night before. Within a stones throw from lots of bars and food spots, both in the park area and a short walk from it. Keansburg beach is a 5 min walk with spectacular views of the city. Fun to be had every night if you want it. Another thing we loved is proximity. Within 15 minutes you can hit Sandy hook, Seabright, Highlands or Atlantic Highlands. The perfect location!Again cannot thank Joe enough, and couldn't recommend his place more highly! We stayed for 10 weeks and didn't want to leave. You won't want to leave either! This is a must stay if you want some time down the Shore

Our tree grows in Brooklyn. Club kids from early 90s. World travelers, foodies and beach enthusiasts. Our favorite destinations would be Greece followed close by Italy and Spain. Best overall beach San Blas Panama. Hip hop, EDM throw in a little classic rock and r&b to get the party started. MJ, Kobe, Shaq, Curry and Chuck my top five.
We strongly believe in adopting from high kill shelters just feels like the bond is more meaningful and deeper also, it always questions who really saves who ? Lol
ESPN my favorite TV Chanel wife loves Liftime TV true crime. Which make me think why? Corvettes and Minivans are our favorite cars and our parents are our real heroes. Favorite book at the moment Built to Finish by Steven Pivnik. Fav show at moment The Boys (wife hates it).
Our kids are sheltered because suburban life is boring, and we like it that way. Our kids help us with building, design, decorating, moving and even the maintenance of our short term rental units. The main reason we love being hosts is because it has been a great family experience and has helped the family stay connected in such a meaningful way. We take tremendous pride and try to teach our boys to do the same by getting them involved with every aspect of running a successful hospitality business. I would definitely encourage other families with kids to do what we are doing if opportunity presents itself. Nothing last forever, but the memories we make with our kids can be passed on to the next generation.
If you have read this far, you must have some sort of interest in this property. I am 1000% sure you will not be disappointed. Let us earn your business and your trust and that’s how you will become our repeat guests whenever your in town.

Why they chose this property

Water park and amusement park is on the beach 5 minute walk from house. The beach has perfect calm water for our jet skies. Short train, bus or even a beautiful ferry ride will take you to New York City 45minutes away or our favorite beach Sandy Hook 18 minutes away. The fishing on our pier that goes one mile out provides some incredible good eating fish. We even have hunters from Minnesota come down for some rare duck hunting expeditions in the fall months during migration season. Boat charters, bike rentals, kayak rental or even wind surfing tournaments, we have a little for everyone. We even had body builders who came to compete at events on the beach they where winners and we help them get a good nights rest that’s the main reason they probably won lol.
Keansburg is awesome small town that actually want short term rental to boost its local economy, while the restaurants and nightlife is being built all around this town apparently they are also building 700 luxury units which will make this town the destination hot spot for many years to come.
If you build it, they will come! I highly recommend our brand new lounge with a rooftop deck at The Beach Gallery in Keansburg or get some amazing Steaks at The Goat a-few miles down the road. Don’t forget some great burgers and martinis at Halfmoon also located in our little beach town of Keansburg.
