Better than a hotel

I booked the location based off its relative proximity to Shorewood. Most of the hotels in MKE would require an uber to get from place to place but this location was just a short walk from where my friends and I were hanging out for the holiday. The owner has put alot of personal touches into the property. Even though we had made pla s to go out, someone renting this wouldnt need to if they didnt want to. There are games and extras to provide entertainment if you wanted to stay in instead. Great property.

comfortable lodging in trendy area

We were very pleased with our stay at this property. It was very clean and well furnished. There were so many unique touches in the decor - neon wall art, games, 4 TVs, a parking meter, large gumball machine, unique lamps, motion activated trash can lids etc. The bathroom shower was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked and coffee pods were provided. The instructions for entry were very clear. The owner promptly responded to questions and was easily reachable. We enjoyed the trendy restaurants and shops nearby. The grocery store is within walking distance. The parking space was roomy and easily accessible. This was a perfect lodging for our needs.

Great Escape

We were in town for a gaming convention and stayed at Kyle's place. It was a fabulous escape from a crowded venue. The music selection for the whole house sound system was wide ranging and gave us lots of options, whatever the mood. The house and decor are welcoming, there is a great selection of games, the beds are cozy, there is lots of natural light coming in and tons of exposed wood and classy, creative vibes decorations that helps it not feel like a "sterile" environment. The laundry in unit is always a bonus. Really enjoyed our stay! The parking was behind the unit ut the instructions provided were clear. Great neighborhood for a walk, lots of places to eat/drink, felt safe and friendly throughout our stay. As a heads up - there are semi-steep stairs to the upstairs unit we stayed in - if you pack like a reasonable person and are physically capable of climbing stairs this should not be an issue. We look forward to the chance to come back to this fantastic property that is full of character! (we almost didnt want to leave to return to our conference because hanging here had such a "chill vibe")
