May through October, the pool is heated through solar panels (temperature may be impacted in cool or overcast weather, particularly in spring and fall). Treat yourself to an indulgent soak in the hot tub or fire up the gas grill for a delightful alfresco dining experience, complete with seating for 8 on the spacious patio. Additionally, several cozy outdoor seating options are available for your comfort and enjoyment.

NOISE: This is a quiet neighborhood. Please keep the music/conversation noise down during the daytime and evening.

QUIET HOURS: After 9 PM at night, please head back in the house. All music, TV, and conversations should be kept to a regular conversation level. Please respect the Quiet Hours, as they are mandated by Sonoma County. Breaking this rule is grounds for ending your stay early with no refund.

Please note: Based on county regulations, no outdoor wood-burning fires are allowed. Indoor wood fireplaces may be impacted by 'spare-the-air' days.
