Newly renovated, peaceful, and welcoming home. Great location for family coming to see their loved one graduate from NAVY bootcamp. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Food market, bakery, and Mexican food (amazing) take out across the street. Big shopping plazas less than 2 miles away with all the big name stores.. Peaceful neighborood close to the beach and down the street from a nice big park called Bowen park. Plenty of space in this Tri-level home for big families! Tv's in every room and living room space. Theatre with surround sound with bluetooth connection. Straight shoot to bnavy base for Navy recruit graduation. 15 mins from Six Flags Amusement Park. Can't be this location and the space. You and yours will love it!

For extra parking, parking on the street has alternate parking rules. Odd day park on odd side of street(opposite from house). Even days park on the even side which is the side the house is on.
Brand new arcade just added to the home. Any damages will be a fee of $750. Arcade is checked after each stay and camera recording before the next guest.
PLEASE DO NOT flush feminine items or anything besides toilet paper. The drain will back up into the basement. If this happens it will be a $3000 fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
