4 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom house just 7 blocks from the beach, 5 minute drive or easy bike ride to Mission Bay and Sea World and a 20 minute drive from the San Diego zoo and La Jolla. 1 hour from Disneyland and 30 minutes to Legoland and the wild animal park.
Perfect for families! It has a king bed with master bath, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and shared full bath, 3rd bedroom has a double bed and 4th bedroom has a double bed and pull out sofa. There is a half bath in the living room. Kitchen includes coffee maker, gas stove, oven, microwave, blender, hot water kettle, and big fridge. Plus relax in power reclining leather sofa and recliner in the living room or on the deck with the firepit, bbq and trampoline. Sweet!

Home away from home but closer to the beach!

We fully enjoyed our San Diego stay thanks to the location and recommendations of Stephanie and family. My kids thought it was great to stay in actual kids rooms (with a few drawers cleared out for us) and I love staying in someone's real home so no junky rental cookware (and such). Five minute drive to the beach and even closer to the best restaurants and shops. Best of all the best price possible for a 4 bedroom house! Thanks for a great stay.

We are an active family of 5 who loves to travel, kayak in the bay and go to the beach. We have lived in San Diego for 20 years and think its the best city in the world. We look forward to sharing it with you!

Why they chose this property

Our house is very family friendly with lots of toys for the kids plus its just 6 blocks from the beach, 1 mile to the bay and 5 blocks from great restaurants. We will share with you a list of our favorite restaurants and activities in the area so you can enjoy Pacific Beach as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

We love the open concept of our home. You can also open the front windows and back door and get a nice ocean breeze to blow right through the house. The back deck with the palm trees overhead is a nice way to spend an afternoon or enjoy a morning coffee.
