- Living Room: Hardwood floors, two bedrooms with Queen beds, and two bathrooms.

- Kitchen & Dining Area: Fully equipped with cookware, bakeware, oven, microwave, coffee machine, wine glasses, champagne flutes, cocktail glasses, kids' cups, utensils, etc.

- Bedrooms: Both bedrooms with Queen beds offer stunning views of Mayo Lake and feature high-end furniture. The master bedroom's bathroom boasts a renovated walk-in shower.

Game Room: Pool table, foosball table, bar area, arcade (with 50 games), and a variety of board and card games.

Bedrooms: Three uniquely designed bedrooms:
- One with two twin beds.

- Boat Dock: Moor your boats, fish, and enjoy the sunset at my favorite spot at Pointe Mayo Lake.

- Hot Tub: Accommodates six people with various modes, including a waterfall. (Optional amenity with a $35 flat fee for the entire stay)

- Grill: Enjoy outdoor cooking with a fully equipped grill.

- Pet-Friendly Amenities: We provide two dog beds (medium and large), two dog crates, food and water bowls, and dog snacks. Bring your furry friends along!

- Cribs, High Chair & Baby Gates: Two cribs, a high chair, and baby gates are available to accommodate toddlers, ensuring a comfortable and family-friendly stay.

- Baby Monitor: A baby monitor is provided for added peace of mind, allowing you to keep a watchful eye on your little one from another room.

- Fishing Rods: Reel in the fun with our selection of 6 fishing rods in small, medium, and large sizes. Lines and hooks are provided, so you're all set to catch the big one!
