Located 1 mile north of the the Jacksonville Beach pier you will be a short bike ride to many shops and restaurants located in the heart of Jacksonville Beach. 6 miles from Mayo Clinic, 18 miles to sports complex downtown, and 6 miles from Naval Station Mayport. Enjoy everything Jacksonville has to offer or simply stay at the beach.

Unit was as described in the listing. Short walk to the beach access, going up that small hill was quite the workout with our carts of stuff we had a great stay and saved a ton of money with being able to cook in the unit instead of eating out. We did find an awesome restaurant with great seafood it was called The Juicy Crab.

We travelled to Jacksonville Beach for a few nights at the end of December. The place was even nicer than the pictures. The location was amazing. I would love to come back here and stay longer next time.

Great Rental

This is a great, little rental. Very nice inside and very clean. Great location and only minutes to the beach. The rental is on the first floor, so there is an upstairs apartment, and the occupants can be a little noisy especially at night. Would definitely stay here again!
