This new, quiet, and spacious private suite offers up to five guests the entire second floor of the beautiful house in a gated upscale neighborhood. There is a private entrance, two separate bedrooms with queen size beds, sofa bed, electric fireplace, study desk, fast WiFi, blackout curtains, central AC with dedicated control, smart TVs, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. There is no kitchen sink or stove. Essentials are provided such as soaps, shampoo, towels. A baby crib is available per request. There are two parking spots in the driveway.
We only provide two parking spaces, arranged one car behind the other, suitable for two standard passenger vehicles. Trucks, trailers, and any type of tow-behind equipment are not permitted, as they do not fit our driveway and may cause damage.

Owners live downstairs and available to assist.

Guests love staying here for its incredibly convenient location - minutes from Costco, best hospitals, I-45, the Woodlands, a college, HEB, malls, restaurants, and the international airport.

For what it was, the area was good. I will say, never have I booked a place away from home where the owners are still occupying the premises. It is their personal home, along with two VRBOS. We had littles ones and were told to keep the noise to a minimum as well as, were charged an extra 30 for an extra space in the driveway. We originally parked on the street and were told that the HOA does not allow that. I dont think the HOA would enjoy knowing you are renting out rooms either but I just paid the fee and went on about our day. The owner was nice about it but the whole experience was just not settling. I will make sure next time that I book a place to stay that; 1. its not someone's personal home AND, that we don't have to pay extra for parking space.
