The residence boasts three generously-sized bedrooms, each a sanctuary of comfort, along with three pristine full bathrooms. House Rules:
-No professional photo/video shoots unless approved by VacayAZ.
-Occupancy is limited to the max amount of guests shown in the listing.
-A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home.‍
-No loud noise after 9pm. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and removal from the home without refund.
-Must be at least 30 years old to book.
-Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings.
-Guests will be charge for any and all damage in the home resulting from their stay.
-Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.‍

Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of booking. After that, reservations can be cancelled up until 7 days prior to check in for a 50% refund. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in date.

The house location was centrally located and perfect for all the site seeing (Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, Jerome, Prescott, etc) that we did. The kitchen was perfect for family meals. Inside dining room fits 6 perfectly but there was so many outside tables and chairs. Loved the decor (inside and outside).

Beautiful views in a beautiful property. This place has everything you could want. We love to cook even on vacation and this property has everything we needed for some amazing meals. The beds were very comfortable and having all the screens allowed us to enjoy the nice evenings. We will definitely be back!

Everything and anything you could ever want

Four seniors on a short trip to Sedona. The house was beautiful, spotlessly clean, convenient to everything. Breakfast on the deck overlooking the mountains was our daily highlight. Only regret was we were so busy we never got to use the hot tub!

The space and cleanliness of this home made our vacation the best one yet. Everything was so detailed and functional. The house is large enough for 10-12 people. Everything was in perfect working condition including the kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, the bbq outside, the hot tub and firetable.

Amazing Views

This house and location were wonderful! The house is beautiful and so well equipped - a pleasure to stay in. The views from the home were amazing and it was very close to Boynton Canyon and other trailheads. Having a well equipped kitchen was truly a dream - all the appliances and accessories were appreciated, especially the spices, coffee, paper products and soaps. We will be back!
