Built in 2021 with beautiful ocean views and furnished decks. Dishwasher, washer/dryer and wireless Internet access. 4 Smart TVs with Firesticks. Large bedrooms. Lovely beach décor with well-stocked kitchen and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. Additional living room with kitchenette on first floor allows families to spread out. Gas grill, enclosed hot/cold outside shower. Located on a more private part of the island but still a short drive to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping with easy access to Emerald Isle Bike Path. Available year-round. No smoking. No pets. Rents nightly November - March (3-night minimum). 705 Ocean Drive.

Beautiful home with easy direct access to beach. Home was not as "new" as we had anticipated based on listing. Could use a little TLC in off season. Parking was tight esp in parking space under house. House was a little pricey considering the late season but We definitely enjoyed the property and our stay.
