Our family placed our trust in this villa when we booked it to celebrate our son's 40th birthday. It did not disappoint. The home is beautifully appointed, very spacious and comfortable. Our hostess and host, Carmen and Larry were very accommodating, super friendly and made sure we were content for the entire stay. Thank you so much!!!

Pro:The view was spectacular with plenty of space for a large group. The kitchen was well equipped to prepare meals.FYI: The property is in need of some TLC. Be advised that although the villa sleeps 14, you will be charged 100 per day for each person after 12. We had to adjust our group size after we were informed. Transportation is available although the vehicle seats only 4. It is advised to rent a vehicle for your group.

spacious & beautiful views

my party of 7 adults and 5 children loved this property. we had plenty of room that fostered family togetherness yet plenty of privacy too. Know that this is located in mountainous terrain and driving can be heart stopping. The caretakers are super nice and very accommodating to needs. The views are spectacular. highly recommended if you are able to navigate a driveway that is steep in some places. 2 kitchens in the main house. Check in was easy and fast.

Carnival

My group and I can for Carnival and had a wonderful time. A plus for us was we could hear the music from the house, So we were not far from all the festivities. The house was wonderful and we all Loved the set up, even with the that were a bit problematic nothing that wont be amazing when certain up grades are made. The views are spectacular and the wrap around deck are a plus plus. Thanks again to our host Richard. I definitely would book with him again. Until next time VI
