Inside, find a soaring oak beam ceiling in the sun-kissed great room, a well-equipped, full kitchen with granite countertops, a dining table for meals, rainy day games, or laptops, and a living area with a sofa bed and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels. All the interior spaces are kept comfortable with ceiling fans and central air-conditioning, while the included washer/dryer allows you to pack light for your trip and keep your swimsuits and beach towels bright and clean.

House Rules Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. You must check in at the Long Island Village Resort Center to pay for their $110 admission fee. This allows you into the resort and includes 2 vehicle passes (two vehicles maximum) and wristbands. This is an $110 admission fee that will be paid directly to the Long Island Village HOA on arrival and is not included in your Vacasa fees. If the LIV office is closed, you will need to drive up to the gate. On the keypad, there are instructions for contacting security on call; they will come to the gate. You will be registered and security will allow you through the gate for the night. You will need to go back to the LIV office the next morning to check in. They will provide you with vehicle passes and amenity bracelets. OCCUPANCY: Please be aware that this home only accepts families.
**** Please note, Texas weather brings pesky insects, and while we strive to ensure your stay is as pleasurable as possible, we are not able to control the elements that attract insects to the outdoor/indoor areas. All properties do utilize pest control maintenance regularly, BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. *** There is currently construction going on in the area. Please be aware. ** The host does not guarantee stable wifi services at all times during your stay. This may also affect streaming services for televisions.
NO PARTIES: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring-break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to be in violation of these rental policies, it will result in eviction without refund. If you have any questions or concerns about your compliance, please contact us right away so we can ensure you have a safe and happy vacation.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great stay
House was great. Lots of room, comfortable furniture and beds. All the dishes needed in the kitchen. Good amenities on site. Pool is big and wasn’t too crowded. Enjoyed being in the canal.
Great comfortable home. Unfortunately the community is undergoing utility construction and the streets were torn up. Lost water service the second day for 4 hours. I would rent again once the construction is completed.
Hi, we had previously reviewed through Vacasa. Great house, and we will not change our 5-star review, but unfortunately we picked up bed bugs from the master bedroom during the stay. Confirmed by a doctor today. Parents in second bedroom were OK. We are fumigating and washing our clothing and bags, but it would be a good idea to pass a message to the owner prior to the next guests arriving. Never had this happen before- entirely unpleasant.
