We just added this beautiful home and are excited to share it with others.

Muggles, Wizards, Lost Toys, and Parents - All are welcome!
You'll love our MAGICAL 8-bedroom, 5-bath villa, which sleeps up to 16 guests, with a Movie Theatre, Game Room, Harry Potter & Toy Story themed rooms, and a private pool & spa, there’s room for the whole family! Our family invites you to share our favorite place to relax and get away together.

You will notice no or sparing reviews. Please don't hesitate to ask questions but here is some background. We have recently added this beautiful vacation home and are excited to share it with others. The property is in excellent shape and we are continuing the relationship with the previous property manager who maintained the property well and achieved great reviews.

Booking INCLUDES access to the Oasis at Champions Gate clubhouse and retreat area. This area right in your backyard features world-class amenities like a lazy river, water slide, tiki bar, restaurant, fitness center, movie theater, oversized pools, and more!

Other things to note
GRILL
There is a propane grill on the property that is free for guests to use. It is "bring your own propane." If there is propane left, feel free to use it. You may need to take the propane tank and exchange it which is easy to do at Publix for $20-25 dollars. We can not provide a full tank for your arrival.


POOL HEAT
Pool heat is available for $35 per day. This must be requested with at least 7 days advance notice. Please note that the spa portion of the pool is the same temperature as the pool - it is not a "hot tub."


INFANT CARE SUPPLIES
The property comes equipped with 1 Full-size crib, 2 pack-n'-play style cribs, and 2 high chairs free of charge for guests to use.

Awesome home

We absolutely loved this property! The movie theater room was a hit, we loved being close to the clubhouse, it was less than a 5 minute walk. The parking lot next to the house was convenient for us as well. The property was clean, it was quiet, it was fun, and the property management would respond within the hour anytime we needed anything. We would definitely stay again!

Family vacation!

We had an amazing family vacation at this home! Communication with the hosts was excellent from start to finish, they made everything easy and stress-free. The house itself was perfect for our group: spacious, clean, and full of activities for everyone to enjoy. Loved that they had 2 high chairs, a crib, and 2 pack n play’s for our infant. Plenty of living areas to games and entertainment options, there was always something for everyone to do. Best of all, each of us (13) had our own space to relax after busy days exploring. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families looking for the perfect Orlando getaway!
