This bright, yet cool, condo has a private lanai that offers a view of both ocean and mountains. In addition to being right across the street from one of Maui's best swimming beaches, you will enjoy being close to grocery stores, shops, movie theater, restaurants and a bi-weekly farmers market. Snorkeling, whale watching and windsurfing are all nearby.

Full kitchen with all full-size major appliances including a gas cook top stove, full-size fridge, dishwasher, and kitchen disposal.Entertainment centre in living room containing stereo/tape/cd player, television and vcr/dvd combination.
Restaurants
There are new restaurants opening up continually on Maui. Fortunately right next door a great Mexican style restaurant has opened. Fantastic food and extremely well priced. Fun for all and you don't need a car to get there.
Location
As everybody knows, location is everything, and Kihei Akahi is in the best location in Maui. It is in the best areas for beaches, fun, and shopping. Walk to most everything you need including grocery shopping. Foodland and ABC stores just a few blocks away. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. Air conditioner is in the living room and have ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room. Very comfortable.

Great place and view of.the ocean. Saw a whale breaching and and putting on a show the first time I stepped out on the balcony, so that was an awesome way to start the trip! There is also pretty good snorkelling at the perfect beach across the street. Timed it and was 4 minutes from the door to the water..amazing.

Excellent location, best in Kihei, right across the road from the best beach on the island! Plus, all kinds of cafes and shops within walking distance. The condo was perfect for us with everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The complex is quiet and has a nice pool area. The condo is on the top floor which was very nice, and the elevator was just around the corner from the unit. And of course, you cannot beat the ocean view from the lanai which just puts that cherry on top! Bill is a great host, and communication was prompt and pleasant. He made sure to explain everything, checked in with us prior and during the stay. It was an absolute pleasure working with Bill!

We stayed in Kihei Akahi C611 for two weeks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unit and the entire complex. Location is perfect close to all amenities and within walking distance.Unit C611 was clean, comfortable and well supplied. Communication with the Property Manager was excellent and we appreciated them checking in a day after we arrived to ensure everything was as described. They again checked in with us a day before departure to offer any assistance with our departure.Bill the Owner made it a point of also checking in with us a few times to ensure everything was to our satisfaction.Everything was up to our expectations for our entire stay and we will keep checking when this Unit is available again to book.

Great location. Directly across from a great beach. Pool was really nice. The property grounds were well kept with wonderful trees and flowers. Not too much noise. Bill the owner immediately addressed any concern we had which was very minor. Overall a wonderful experience and great place to stay.

Great location and great space

The condo was in a great location in south Kihei, walkable distance to a number of restaurants and shops. Some great restaurants around there. The walk across from the condo to Kamaole beach park was one of the high points - going for sunsets and morning walks. The condo space in itself was very good - great living/dining and kitchen area, with a good sized bedroom and all the necessary amenities in the kitchen. Had a great time and thank you to Bill!

This location is fantastic!! Top floor directly next to the beach with the best sand and swimming. No rocks or seaweed. Right next door to restaurants and shopping so no need to use a car to go for dinner or to browse the stores. Bedroom has a King Size Bed.
