As you ascend the stairs, you'll discover a queen-sized primary bedroom adorned with comfort and sophistication. Very clean property

We needed a place to stay for a month. The home had everything we needed to make our stay feel like we were at home. Salt & Shine are excellent property managers, they responded very quickly to our needs.

Perfect cottage

This property is exactly as it is listed! Lovely house and beautiful property. The location was excellent. Temps were dropping when we were there and the cottage was very comfortable. I highly recommend this property! We hope to be back again some day!

Very nice and comfortable cottage!

From the very beginning of scheduling our trip with Linda, it became obvious that she was focused on our needs and preferences. The cottage is very well appointed, super clean and beautifully furnished. Linda went out of way to address some needs that we had based on my partner’s health needs. From the minute we stepped in, we felt at home. We would highly recommend this renter if you want to enjoy Ogunquit to the fullest!

YOUR HAPPY PLACE WAS OUR HAPPY PLACE

PERFECT! My husband and I along with our son, who was home visiting from VA, spent 6 nights in this adorable, immaculate home. It had everything for a very comfortable, cozy stay. The decor was so cheerful and tastefully done, the kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need, the bathrooms were beautiful and the outdoor shower invigorating. The porch was so relaxing and peaceful for morning coffee and drinks and appetizers after the beach. The beds and all the linens were wonderful! The landscaping all around the home was lovely with beautiful succulents and hydrangeas and mandevillas in bloom! We very much appreciated the comfortable beach chairs and umbrellas that we used every day for relaxing afternoon/evening time at the beach and low tide made it hard to leave the beach! Beach parking does fill up quickly especially on a beautiful day and was $30-50 a day. We would get dropped off at the beach and park back at the house and it was about a 10 minute walk to Footbridge or 20-25 minute walk to Ogunquit beach. Was a beautiful walk along the beach! Trolly option available to get back to the house after the beach to get the car for beach pick up if not up for the walk. We grilled and used the fire pit one night. The location cannot be beat and was perfect for us. We loved the morning sunrises on Footbridge and Ogunquit Beaches as well as walks along Marginal Way, best beach for walking and running! One foggy morning was pretty neat at the Nubble Light in York. Perkins Cove nearby is a picturesque spot and we enjoyed a sunset cruise viewing the amazing coastline. Appreciated the restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend the Greenery Cafe for breakfast. We enjoyed a couple of rounds of golf in nearby Kennybunkport and Cape Neddick. We love OGT and the surrounding towns and enjoying every minute of it with our son made for an even more memorable stay for us. Your attention to detail in your happy place made it our happy place too. Thank you!

Charming cottage with a great location

This beach cottage checked all the boxes. Your first step in makes you feel right at home. You can tell the hosts take great pride in their home and want to meet all of your expectations. Don’t let this small cottage fool you. It has the old vintage charm with all the modern conveniences. The kitchen and bathrooms have been beautifully remodeled and the furnishings are impeccable throughout. The screened in porch was my favorite spot for that first cup of coffee and the outdoor shower was pretty sweet after coming back from a day at the beach. This is a great location being able to walk to Footbridge Beach in ten min and about the same to downtown. The hosts are extremely accommodating and are only a text or phone call away. So cute.

We had a great week at the beach cottage and look forward to returning. We managed to eat out only once a day and used the grill and fire pit most nights. It felt like a vacation but it also felt like home. The little touches made everything super comfortable and the outside shower was such a treat. We also loved watching the little bird family that lived in the birdhouse out back. Highly recommend this property!

Just perfect

As soon as we walked in it was welcoming, tastefully decorated, comfortable and cozy. Bed was comfortable, we had all we needed in the kitchen, appreciated the water and coffee. 5-10 min walk to Footbridge Beach, we took advantage of the beach cart and chairs. It was just perfect,. The perfect beach cottage

Absolutely adorable cottage with lots of personality!

AMAZING!! We loved the feeling and comforts of "home" on arrival to Steve & Linda's cottage in Ogunquit. It was full of amenities, attention to detail and extra special touches. Besides enjoying Ogunquit and surrounding towns, we made special memories here at the cottage playing board games, enjoying morning tea/coffee on the beautiful cozy porch, taking a bike ride making smores by the fire pit, and even enjoyed an outdoor shower!!! This little cottage was big in personality. Our stay was fulfilling meeting and exceeding our expectations. We are also appreciative for Linda's hospitality before and during our stay. Thank you!!!

PERFECT to accommodate 2 couples for a beach week

We spent a week here July 31-August 6. Check in was seamless with a key lockbox on site. Linda was easily reachable by phone and email and responded within a very short time frame when we had a question. The property was immaculate and photos truly do not do it justice. The lawn and garden were well maintained. The garage and grill space had everything you could ever think of needing. Grill is a charcoal grill. Beach towels, bath towels and linens provided. The outdoor shower is brand new, clean and much appreciated after a long day on the beach. The screened in porch was perfect for after beach drinks. The bedrooms and bathrooms were sparkling clean. Honestly the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you can think of needing. We made dinner four nights and it was so nice to have all kitchen gadgets etc. Seating/sleeping/bathroom situations were perfect for two couples. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! Would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a great getaway close to beach, shopping, downtown, restaurants. Thank you SO much Linda and Steve!

Perfect Beach Cottage get away

For starters Steve and Linda the property owners are very nice people. The place itself is very cozy and had everything my wife and I needed… from cooking in to all the right beach items to simplify our stay. The cottage was clean and comfortable. The outdoor shower was a true bonus. We will be back next year.

Quaint Beach Cottage

We had a wonderful stay in Ogunquit. This cottage was in a great location - walking distance to Footbridge Beach. It had everything needed to enjoy our stay including beach towels and all linens. The hosts thought of everything, including half & half in the fridge for our morning coffee. We absolutely loved our time here!

5 Star Charming Cottage!

Everything about this charming cottage far exceeded our expectations! Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It is as perfect in real- life as it appears in the photos. It really felt like being in a lovingly cared-for home with hotel amenities. The location is convenient to town and the beach. The owners are friendly, very responsive and have paid attention to every detail. My husband and I look forward to renting here again!

Kitchen was surprisingly large, functional and comfortable for game night. Close to, but not in the village. Setup worked very well for two couples. Will rent here again. Oh, recommend change the refrigerator door opening from the right to the left.

This was a perfect place for 4! Adorable cottage. Newly renovated with touches of the beach in every room. Loved the enclosed back porch.
