Large private gated backyard patio area is a perfect place to relax alone or have a family BBQ.
There is ample on and off street parking available, however garaged parking is not an option.

We needed a place that allowed for easy travel to Martinez and Berkeley for our oldest son's wedding. The 3 bedroom home and comfort living space worked great for 5 of us to relax between events.

Great Stay

We had a great stay! House was clean, comfortable and updated. It was in a great location. Walking distance to Safeway, Starbucks and Noah’s bagels. The only minor negative was that the road noise was pretty loud but other than that couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

We rented the house for our daughter's wedding at The Garden At Heather Farms. The property was clean and spacious with plenty of room for our needs. Close to everything! The host was kind enough to allow us an early check in. Would stay again!

Convenient Location

This property is located close to Contra Costa attractions. Shopping center with Safeway and CVS a few blocks away. The property is clean and comfortable. We would use it again!

Great place, great time, amazing host

Loved the place and Vinnie was amazing Everything we asked for, he attended to immediately. The place was large, clean and the beds were comfortable. The cooking utensils could do with some updating, but it was all fine. Trader Joe’s was a mile and half away and Safeway about a mile. For some great walks go to the Briones-Mount Regional park and the Del Valle regional park. Lots to do if you don’t want to go in to San Francisco.

Family Get-together

Despite the fact that the house was located on a busy street it was surprisingly quiet. It is in a good location with a Safeway and CVS just down the street. Easy freeway access. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was adequately outfitted. The only drawbacks were that, even though it sleeps 6 and there were 6 of us, there were only 4 dining room chairs. Also, there is a lovely back yard. But, it is only accessible from the second bedroom. So, if someone is sleeping, you cannot go outside. There is no hot tub as is listed in the amenities. Jason was available if there was anything we needed. We would stay there again.

Solid stay, host on property

The house itself is solid. Easy access, tons of parking, safe neighborhood, surprisingly quiet given it's off a main road. We stayed as a group for a wedding & the 5 of us were very comfortable. Easy to make meals, watch TV, do laundry, and be comfortable. The only surprise and concern was the host being unexpectedly located on the property, technically in the same house. There's a door separating the host's home from the main house, and it's mostly hidden behind a tapestry, but it is directly connected to the main house via a door in the wall of the living area. We didn't see anything about this in the listing, and it didn't feel much like a "private" stay, knowing they were right there. The host was respectful and we barely saw them, so no actual concerns there, but the listing should specify that the host will not only be on the property but also sharing a wall with - and have a door directly between - your space.
