Joe was very accommodating and responded to our questions quickly. The house was clean and had so much space for our large group. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the tennis court, hot tub, pool, in theater room. We will definitely be staying here again!Thank you so much, Joe, we had a wonderful time in Florida.

The place is truly a resort and the pool is as magnificent as it is shown in pictures. It is a perfect layout for a large group. The reason I did not give an excellent review is because of the following reasons. There was no working washing machine, a broken tub, an overflowing toilet, dealing with repairmen and needing to be present to meet with them (even at 10 at night), as well as another family coming to the house stating they had the place on the same days we booked. Not to mention that a part broke off the refrigerator (and fell on one of the guests) and the dirty floors and empty water bottles when we first arrived. When addressing this with the host, he agreed to give a credit and now he is ghosting me. VRBO has also tried to reach him several times by text and email and he is not responding to them either. It is a very unfortunate outcome as I would love to recommend this place.

The pool is insane. Love it

The pool is so nice, there are 6 or 7 waterfalls and an outdoor pool table, basketball court, a movie theater and the kitchen is ready to cook big meals. Thanks for the quick communication and beautiful home!
