Seconds from Olympic Plaza, the “village stroll” and 8 min walk to chairlifts, this studio offers the best access to all Whistler amenities and nature paths.
Perfect for active couples, or small families.
*Hot tub, newly renovated in 2025, is public and on a covered patio, just down the hall from the unit.

Building is 3 storey wood frame circa 1995 (which is the age of most complexes in Whistler).
Fobs are used for building entry.
750 meter walk to the hills (less than 8 mins)
Free bus shuttles and Tesla charging stations just outside the building.
Fresh Street Market, Cafe Artigiano, Pure breads, liquor store, Rexall Pharmacy within 1 min walk.
Like many areas of Whistler, if a lot of snow is received you may hear snow equipment clearing the parking lot and village stroll. If needed, a white noise machine and earplugs are available in the unit.
