Great place.

The location of this condo is perfect. It was just minutes to the free trolley, beach access, and some great restaurants. Jesse took care of buying parking passes for us and we were always able to get a spot right in front of the condo. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect!

This is an absolutely perfect place to stay in South Beach. The apartment is in a great location - tranquil and charming neighborhood yet close to everything you need - the beach, restaurants, shops...The apartment is super clean, well equipped, and pin drop quiet. The bed - super comfortable. The hosts - super responsive and helpful. Overall, a wonderful place to stay if you are looking for a relaxing experience.

You can't go wrong

A perfect location for walking the beach (turn right to go to South Pointe Pier), taking a free trolley to an outdoor pedestrian mall (Lincoln Road) and affordable dining you can walk to no matter your culinary tastes (including South Beach). If you get bored, talk to Jesse -- he's a tourist guide extraordinaire! As for the place itself, think romantic, quiet, well-stocked & with a bed you'll love. Howard & Diana (Maryland)

Excellent stay! Great location!

My friend and I had a great stay at Jessie’s South Beach condo. It’s a great location close to the beach (8 min walk), Ocean drive, restaurants, grocery - all right there. The condo is on a very quiet street for a great nights rest. Condo was as pictured with all things needed - including beach towels and beach chairs! (Pull out bed was also very comfortable). Easy checkin and checkout. And the host was most welcoming and available for any questions or recommendations! Highly recommended! I will be staying here again! Thank you.

Great unit in a nice neighborhood

This is our 2nd time staying in this neighborhood south of the busy South Beach. This unit is in a well - maintained condo/hotel complex. Land scape is clean, pretty and well -cared for. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. The building itself is well - positioned and safe/secure and well - maintained. Close to busy area, close to beach (5 min walk ), close also to where the cruise ships leave from ( we enjoy sitting there). Lots of options to eat at. The unit is as described. Clean and well -cared for. Kitchen was handy. Two chairs and umbrella was useful. Owner was easily reached and very helpful. Price was reasonable for the area. You won’t go wrong staying here.

Nice stay

Nice location in a quiet area but still very close to the beach. Beautiful scenery. Good communication and check in and out process with the property manager. Gave us some good tips and places to visit and eat. I would love to come back!

Quiet place in the Best Neighborhood!

We stayed in South Beach quite a few times for Art Basel and other times of the year. It's always loud, run down and not at all what's advertised in the listing. This time we were incredibly pleasantly surprised! We loved the neigborhood, which is just steps away from the beach. There was a lovely posh breakfast place on the way to the ocean. The apartment itself was easy to navigate, super comfy bed, very responsive hosts, building adorned with live orchids and just truly well taken care of. Having an on site rep is always a great help with questions and logistics. Jess & Charlotte made the stay easy and convenient. The building and neighborhood were exceptionally quiet and convenient.

Bad apartment in the best MIAMI Beach location

It is the third time that we stay in this building and we loved the 2 other times, as we had nice apartments each time. But they were unavailable when we booked our stay. So we took this one. This apartment needs a SERIOUS update ! Very old and worn furniture. Very old appliances. Totally torn and broken shades. An owner who sends you at least 3 or 4 messages every day of your stay ! If the intention is good, I am sure, we do not need that ! In conclusion, we stay 2 or 3 times in Miami every year : we will try to come back in this building, but NOT in this apartment.

Location! And an attentive owner

The apartment is in a beautiful, solid Art Deco building only a couple of blocks from the beach entrance at 5th Street and the activity of Ocean Drive-- and yet both the apartment and the neighborhood are shady, quiet, and lovely; people greeted us on the street. The apartment itself was perfect for us (two adult women with the adult daughter of one): I was on the pullout sofa while my friend and her daughter shared the huge bed, and they didn't mind that I cut through their room to reach the bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean, and we appreciated the washer and dryer, even for our short stay. Jesse was super-hospitable, with suggestions about parking (which we didn't need, as we took public transportation) and the neighborhood. The small pool (4 feet deep everywhere), apparently shared by at least two buildings, didn't seem to attract many swimmers, during our stay at least; it had tables and chairs and seemed to be a social spot more than a place to swim -- but it could hardly compete with the long beach, with lifeguards and rentable cabanas and sunshades, so close to the apartment. It was paradise. I highly recommend both the apartment and Jesse, our kind host...and look forward to my next visit.

We were in Jesse's apartment and we spent 3 great nights, the apartment is very clean and the edifice impeccable, everything worked well. It is very close to the beach and parks for children, which was very helpful. I highly recommend the apartment and would go back without hesitation. Perfect Location!!

It was a perfect location for our short trip to do the Miami Marathon. Close to the beach and everything that is going on around there. Far enough and close enough to the strip on south beach. Its nice not to be in the mix of all of that. But it is fun to go see once. The condo was great. Kitchen was perfect. My only suggestion is to have a few more spices then just salt and pepper. Jesse is very prompt and helpful in everything. Thanks J & A

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Miami Beach. Un des quartiers les plus agréables de Miami Beach, à 5 minutes de la magnifique plage. L'appartement est propre, les propriétaires font tout pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. La place de parking proposée par Jess est très pratique, permet de se garer juste devant l'appartement.

Everything we needed at a great location

Even before arriving, Jesse provided everything we needed to make it easy to get to the condo and settle in. Well equipped kitchen, great shower, large comfy bed, handy washer/dryer, easy to use TV, quiet, lovely neighborhood. Just a few blocks from the beach and convenient to a couple drug stores and lots of restaurants. And the South Beach Local bus stop is a block and a half away and gets you to Lincoln Road or other points north for 25 cents a ride. Would definitely stay here again.

AMAZING condo in South Beach

If you looking for a place to stay in South Beach, Jesse and Brenda are the riguht persons to contact. The location is perfect. 5 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to the Ocean Drive. We were 3 people, but I also think a fourth one would have enough space. At the condo you will find everything you need... Beachtowels and chairs, often, fridge etc. I would definitely recommend this place and if I'm coming back, this will be my first choice!

Nice and cozy!!

I really enjoyed our 5 days at South Beach. The condo was very nice, clean and cozy. Unfortunately we didn't get to meet Mr. Jesse in person, but he was definitely on top of answering any questions we may have had while staying in his condo. The condo was right at everything, but on the side to where it was very quiet. Therefore, after we had a day of fun and shopping we came HOME to a quiet place to get cleaned up and get a good night's rest. I recommend this nice place to stay while you're in South Beach Miami. Location of the condo was PERFECT! We were able to walk everywhere during our stay (beach, restaurants, stores for shopping, convenient stores, etc.) Jesse was a pleasure to work with and always available to answer questions or concerns. Would definitely stay in this beautiful condo again!

This condo had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Minutes away from the beautiful sandy and clean beach area. Many options for lunch and dinner as well as grocery stores within walking distance. We felt safe at all times and other people staying in the same complex were friendly! Perfect location for an amazing vacation!

You can't find a better place in South beach! Quiet and near Miami beach by walk (5 min), this condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay. - Nice pool next to the beautiful building with sun during the afternoon - well-equiped Condo with air conditioning that can accommodate 4 people. The bed is comfortable and the sofas are a great option for sleeping. Wide windows offer good luminosity during the day and the shower is very convenient. There is enough dishes and equipment for cooking good meals. Beach umbrella and chairs are available for your convenience too. - all shops, good restaurants, grocery store, buses stop, car and bike rentals close by! ... so everything can be done by walk in the area. Very appreciated! Jesse and Brenda, ours hosts, were so kind and well attentioned. They wanted everything to be fine during our stay. We trusted them and we were very satisfied of their customer service. We had a super 7 weeks vacation! Don't hesitate! You can book that place and be sure your vacations will be awesome! Enjoy that paradise!
