Great stay!!

We had a wonderful time at this cabin in Breckenridge. We even saw a moose off of our back deck! Highly recommend this property!

Great Breckenridge Escape

The home is conveniently located just outside the main city of Breck. Close to grocery and liquor stores. The home is spread out and everyone had plenty of personal space. The view from the dining room is spectacular. We cooked almost all of our meals and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans and utensils you will need. We did have an issue with the garbage disposal and the host promptly had it replaced. We used the hot tub and grill on the side porch. The hot tub was difficult to operate and we couldn't get it to turn off every time. The grill works perfect. All of the pool table sticks need to be replaced. None of them have tips. We enjoyed our stay and are considering this home for a summer visit.

Fabulous Home!

We brought our adult kids for a ski trip and this home was a perfect fit! There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out, a spacious kitchen for preparing meals, comfy sitting areas for relaxing & lots of fun to be had downstairs with the pool table and theatre. Everything was very clean and the host was very responsive. All in all, a five star stay in a beautiful home! Highly recommend!

Relaxing

Great property - was a little warm with radiant heat, and could have used info on how to use movie theatre room or play movies on Dish. But great space, plenty of room, and everyone had a wonderful time. We enjoyed making family memories here.

Perfect Getaway

This was our third time staying in Breckinridge right after Christmas. This is by far our favorite home. Everything is high end and comfortable. The kitchen is huge with anything you would ever need. We cooked every meal for 4 days and didn’t lack anything. Beds were very comfortable and that counts for a lot. The view when you walk in the door is breathtaking! We couldn’t get enough of it. We enjoyed the theatre room every night and the ping pong was fun too. The location was great since we were between Frisco and Breckinridge . We could not have had a better place to stay with our family of 6 adults, 3 kids, and 3 generations. We want to go back! Thanks, Amanda.

Nice accommodations but could be improved

Ratings are lower due to some shabbiness of furniture, threadbare throw pillows and lack of any amenities in bathrooms - a basket of toiletries would have been a nice touch. Instead there were only half used bottles of Garnier Fructis shampoo. My biggest complaint was that the pantry - which is large - was full of food items left from previous renters that included open, half eaten boxes of Cheez-its, open bottles of pancake syrup, flour, etc. Extra staples like paper towels, laundry and dishwasher detergent that are in left in the rental are useful and appreciated, but I recommend that housekeeping remove the many open food items - that are likely stale or spoilt - from the pantry. It was both gross and potentially unsafe.

Beautiful mountain equipped with every imaginable amenity!

This luxurious home is located in a quiet neighborhood with access to skiing within minutes. Our Christmas holiday was celebrated in comfort. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. I would welcome a second opportunity to create additional family memories in this beautiful property!

Great weekend stay!

This cabin was very nice, clean, the big windows, fireplaces in every room and the layout were great. All the bedrooms were spaced out, which is great when traveling with a few people. The pool table downstairs with the theater room were a hit, also loved the hot tub and steam shower. There a couple of things, none that will keep us from coming here again, but would add to the experience. I recommend an inventory of glasses etc... There were only 3 wine glass, and the dishwashers were not great. That and the towels not being very soft were the only things that could have been better. I highly recommend, it is clearly well taken care of.

Amazing

This property was everything it was advertised to be and so much more. It had everything needed to cook a Thanksgiving meal for 10 family members. There was also plenty of space to be able to seperate and do your own thing! Most of all, the VIEW of the mountains from the family room and dining room is simply intoxicating. This house had it all!

Birthday Ski Trip

This was our second time to stay in this home and it was just as beautiful and convenient as I remember it from two years ago! It was just two of us this time for a quick birthday ski trip and we had a blast. We only left the house to ski and eat; everything you could want and need are right there onsite/in the neighborhood. From the hot tub and sauna to enjoy after skiing to sledding in the neighborhood and enjoying the sunsets on the porch, this place is perfection! So close to everything but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. One of my favorite places - we will be back!!!!

Ski Trip

Beautiful home close to the ski slopes. Loved having the hot tub, steam shower and sauna after a long day of skiing! Perfect for a larger group with plenty of entertainment for the kids with pool, ping pong and movie theater!

Awesome location for a family get away!

The house was beautiful, just as pictured. The well-stocked kitchen allowed us to easily cook meals for our group of 9. We enjoyed watching football and a movie in the theater room, using the hot tub after a day of skiing and relaxing in the spacious living room. The location of the bedrooms allowed those who wanted to sleep late, while the early rising youngsters had breakfast. The views were breathtaking. Highly recommend this property.

Thanksgiving Getaway

Overall, we had a great time spending Thanksgiving in CO. The scenery from the living room and kitchen was breathtaking. The home is huge and our kids loved the movie room. Watching Netflix in there was a joy. Unfortunately, there were many issues: the en suite, in the master bedroom on the main floor light, didn't work. I notified the owner and she suggested her handyman come but he/she never came. The master bedroom sheets on the main floor was torn. The lighting in the living room and kitchen was very dim and some didn't work. Bring your own bath towels because the home doesn't have many if you plan to stay a week. The downstairs master bedroom fireplace didn't work and the downstairs master bedroom sheets weren't clean.The guest house sheets weren't cleaned either. Not sure if it was dog hair. :/ There are old TVs in the home, and none are smart TVs. That was a bummer because we wanted to watch Netflix in the family room. Last, the sofas in basement were torn, and the hot tub was dirty. :( The home needs a thorough assessment by either the owner or a property manager, but we made the best of it.

Great House, Breathtaking Views

This house was great for our family vacation! We had the best time staying here. The house had plenty of room for my parents and all 4 sisters and their husbands and 6 year old. There was so much to do around the house! Inside there is a ping ball and pool table, home theatre, sauna and steam room. We got plenty of use out of them all. Outside there is a wonderful patio with 3 large couches looking onto the golf course and breathtaking views of the mountains. We got to watch the prettiest sunsets from here every night and enjoy our morning coffee here as well. A second patio has a grill and hot tub and fire pit with plenty of outdoor dinning seating. the kitchen is wonderful and cooked at the house almost every night. I wish there were baking sheets. we had to buy disposible ones. two refrigerators was great, but ice makers did not work. two beverage drawers as well and wine fridge! double oven made it even easier to cook for the large group and at one time we even took advantage of the oven in the guest quarters. the shades in the master and queen bedroom on the main floor did not work but other than that everything was in working condition. we loved that this home was pet freindly and got to bring our fur babies. it felt like home away from home. The house also came with fans but no humidifiers so if you want one I would bring. thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home, we had an amazing time and hope to be back again!

Our family has always come up to Breckenridge in the summer months as well as to ski in the winter. I already feel like I have lived here all my life as it makes me feel right at home! It is an amazing location and there is so much to do here. It is very relaxing and picturesque. This is our second home as well as having another rental in San Diego, California on the Coronado Island. Home away # 3464124. My two favorite places to get away for vacation. We work hard and play hard and want others to enjoy it. Another near Brecon Beacons National Park in Wales, United Kingdom # 633408 2400 sq. ft. sleeps 10. Lastly Port Aransas Beach home 4521592 2600 sqft Happy Cat Cottage where you can fish from the back porch.

Why they chose this property

It's a wonderful home and surrounded around the golf course. The property is in a great area and has a fantastic views of the mountains and golf course below. It can be used for a great place to entertain your guests. It is a very sophisticated and modern home with additional benefits. My children love to take the dogs up there to hike the mountains that surround us. The village of Breckenridge is very lovely especially when its all lit up with lights during Christmas.

What makes this property unique

Having the guest house next door for additional family or friends makes it even greater. The sauna is a plus to relax in after skiing. The media room is great to enjoy at night. One of the two decks includes a BBQ , jacuzzi always hot, a large family table for 8, and a bar table with 4 high stools. The back deck has a coffee table and comfortable sofa seating for 10.
