Modern fully equipped luxury lake front home with private beach, dock, swim platform and all that comes with a waterfront location. In summer bring your boat and water toys to enjoy fishing and water sports, and in winter make your own hockey/curling rink, right outside the door. Fire pit, large hot tub, outdoor kitchen and all the necessary patio furniture. Access to the back country immediately across the road for hiking, mountain biking, dirt biking, and ATV, side by side and snowmobiling, cross country skiing trails. Fully equipped chef’s kitchen, games room (air hockey, ping pong, pool table and foosball), wood burning majestic fire place, library and reading nook, Wi-Fi, multiple flat screen TV’s, and gaming system. Full laundry and dog bath in utility room. Fully fenced large grassy area for your dog. Sound system throughout the house and on the deck. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms make it ideal for extended family gatherings. Absolute privacy with green space on one side and secluded neighbour on the other. Take in the amazing sunsets, star gazing without any city lights, sit by the bonfire, lounge on the deck, soak in the hot tub and recharge in a completely stress free place.

Why they chose this property

One of the premier recreation lakes in Canada but none of the crowds. A busy day on the lake is when you can see four or five boats from one end to the other. Fish where ever and whenever you want without having to worry about anyone else nearby. Almost endless trails for off road adventures any season of the year await directly across the street. No need to trailer your toys to the start of the trails as they start at the end of the driveway. Relax in the hot tub or sitting by the fire. Paradise!

What makes this property unique

This unique property easily accommodates 20 guests with its spacious interior and variety of bedrooms. Pets are welcome and there’s even a dog bath in the laundry room. There is a quiet boat launch right next door, dock and level sandy gravelly beach on the property outside the door! A large deck with all the outdoor furniture you could need and an outdoor kitchen are ready for your stay. High speed internet and an office space for those that need to do a little work while you’re on vacation. The games room upstairs offers a pool table, ping pong, foosball, and air hockey for entertainment or friendly tournaments.
