The large main bedroom has a king size bed, en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, TV and a private deck. Second bedroom has queen size bed, TV and third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds that sleep 4. Shared hall bath. Main level has living area with TV and sliders to private deck, dining area, powder room and updated kitchen with peninsula counter that seats 4. There is one boat slip for tenant�s use. 2 car off street parking.
