A lovely little unit... lots of extra little touches like a generous gift basket with a bottle of wine, toiletries in the bathroom ,and of course the hot tub

Denise's place was great. Check in and out was smooth and Denise was very responsive during our stay. It is a very comfortable home away from home with everything we needed - and then some! We had a great time relaxing in the hot tub. The furniture appears new, the decorations are welcoming, and the bed was comfortable. It is in a nice quiet location away from, but still close to, the downtown Niagara Falls area. As a frequent visitor, my wife and I appreciated the proximity to some of our favorite spots - Viola Subs, Duffs Wings, DiCamello Bakery. Stores are also very close. I would highly recommend staying at this property when you visit!

The property is in a nice area, with plenty of offstreet parking and grassy areas. Nice patio and shared hot tub, which we enjoyed after walking at the falls all day. The apartment is up one flight of stairs. Absolutely adorable country decorating, super clean and fresh smelling. Every detail was thought of, from snacks to often forgotten items. The host was very attentive and polite. When a small problem popped up it was dealt with quickly and kindly. Only 10-15 min from most attractions. We would definitely book here again!

Perfect apartment for our stay! It is on the second floor and not accessible for those whith mobility issues if that is a concern. We visited my daughter at the University at buffalo only 20 minutes away! Property was less expensive than a hotel on family weekend! Went fishing and to the falls, both very close by. Denise was a great host! Very communicative and attentive. Place is adorable and well stocked with supplies- Densie even left us water and snacks :) Clean and the beds were comfy. Only thing I could even comment on negative was the hallway downstairs had a bad odor- I think from wet carpets. Lots of parking in back. We will be returning to this property on our next stay!
