The C-Train is 2.1 kilometers away. There is also a bus station where guests can access the rest of the city. We recommend renting a car to enjoy the rest of the city. :)
- The underground parking has a maximum height capacity of 6’5”.
- We may require you to pick up the building keyfob at a nearby location if you are arriving after 8 PM. Intercom access to the building stops working at 8 PM.
- Please be mindful of your noise levels to ensure a comfortable and respectful environment for everyone.
- The unit has a monitoring device called Noiseware. It does NOT record conversations. It only measures decibel levels to help us prevent loud music and noise complaints.
- Quiet time hours from 10 pm to 6 am.
- We have a security camera outside the front door. This will be on during your stay.
- Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.
- Please note: There is nearby construction happening across the back alley, which may be visible through the windows. While it won’t impact your stay, there may be occasional noise during the day. 1. We strive to keep our unit in good working order for the positive experience of all guests. Our policy is to resolve or provide a remedy to any reservation-altering issues inside the unit within 24 hours. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution. To prevent abuse, our policy is to not adjust the original price of the reservation but to provide a remedy for any issue within 24 hours.
2. We strive to create a positive guest experience for everything within our unit. Guests shall not hold us accountable for things outside of our scope including, issues with travel, weather, events, construction, building matters or issues external to our unit.
3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No external music, parties, gatherings or events.
4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.
5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.
6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.
7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 8 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.
8. NO PETS allowed.
*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).
9. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post`s FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.
10. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.

Everything was great and the hosts were thorough and very quick with communication. Location is great- 15 minutes from the airport. Close to downtown and close to the zoo and science centre. Our family enjoyed our stay.
This is a beautiful place. The hosts were very easy to deal with and replied right away with some of the issues we had. The hosts, Steve and Tina definitely got 5 stars! The beds were super comfortable, even the hide a bed. The thermostat was not working when we were there, so it was very very hot in the rental. Otherwise, the place was clean and well stocked with the essentials.

Stayed here while we celebrated my sister. The place was clean, bright, fun, and exactly what we needed for a fun weekend in the city. The communication with the hosts was always easy, and check in/out was a breeze.
Our 3 night stay here was great! The place is a nice size, having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Loved the decor and the Arcade machine. Our hosts were top notch as well! I’d highly recommend this place!

Friends came to stay for the weekend and were really happy with the space and it was just as promised. Great location, you are close to downtown but access to the highway is easy as well. Highly recommend for a great stay in Calgary.
We had a wonderful stay in this lovely, spacious apartment. The generous layout made our time here very comfortable and relaxing. The location couldn’t be better—everything we needed, from shops to excellent restaurants, was just a short walk away. Check‑in was seamless, and the free Wi‑Fi was a nice bonus.The only drawback was the parking: the underground spot can only accommodate one small vehicle, so any additional cars need to be parked on the side street. That said, the area felt very safe, both for our vehicle and for us personally, so it wasn’t a major concern. Overall, a fantastic stay in a great location!

The check in process was seamless. And the location was great for getting to Stampede and other Calgary attractions. Overall, a perfect place to stay!
We are from Ontario, we came to Alberta for a quick trip to see the city and the mountains. This spot was a great place to stay. Exactly like what they show online through their photos. It did not disappoint.
As a first time visitor to Calgary this was a perfect location to everything - 20 minutes from the airport but 5-10 minutes everywhere else!

The unit is nice and clean. We have six people and there is enough space for everyone. The 3 bedrooms are decent. My kids specifically liked the pac-man arcade game system. Good communication with the host and they were very helpful. Recommended.
A great, fun vibe in this place, with lots of colour and fun. The arcade cabinet (with lots of Pac-Man and a couple other games) was a big hit with our 5 year old.Lots of supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. The location is super close to the Zoo and Science Centre and easy to get downtown. A few nice shops and restaurants around and many more within a few minutes drive. Very good location.The two windowless bedrooms were quite warm each might due to no air conditioning. And the parkade was quite small so we ended up relying on street parking as our Nissan Rogue would have been a squeeze. But we got by and the host worked with us.All in all it was a very nice stay in Calgary.
The unit itself was awesome! It was spacious and clean and definitely felt like enough space for 4 ladies! The couch in the living room wasn’t really accommodating for more than 2 people, relaxing was a little tight on space. Another note, if you have a truck/large suv or are not comfortable with difficult maneuvering into a tight parking stall, you might want to reconsider what car you bring. Parking on the road is 1 hour parking during the week, & there are only 2 small parking spots at the back for visitors so if you want underground parking, you must be a confident parker. There was a couple nights with commotion and disorderly people outside the unit, which made us feel like it wasn’t safe to walk at night, but during the day seemed like a nice neighbourhood.
