About this property
Hôtel à la maison - Le Havre du Cap
CITQ: 224976 (Expiration: 2026-05-31)
A lovely cottage, secluded from the crowds and offering a beautiful view of the river!
Located on the edge of a cliff, overlooking Cap aux Oies beach and the river, you'll feel right at home in less than 10 seconds!
So don't miss out on your holiday and come with your little one. It has two bedrooms, providing the space and comfort you need to feel perfectly at home.
Ideal for couples or groups of friends.
Please note that stays are only available from May to October.
The cottage features an open concept layout that includes the living room—with a fireplace and flat-screen TV—the kitchen, and the dining area.
Note the fieldstone that adorns the fireplace, the beams, and the wooden doors that set the tone for this simple yet warm decor.
The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking in peace.
A terrace is adjacent to the dining room and will become a favorite spot for meals during the summer months.
As a bonus, you'll see the river and its tides!
Note that all rooms have large windows, allowing you to admire the view no matter the temperature.
A powder room is also available on the ground floor.
On the garden level, the master bedroom has a queen-size bed, and thanks to its large windows, you'll be able to enjoy the sunrises!
The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed. It has its own stone-cut bathtub, giving it a very special character.
A bathroom with a shower area—also made of fieldstone—completes the layout of this floor.
Layout:
Ground floor: main entrance, living room, dining room, kitchen, powder room with laundry room
Garden level: Bedroom 1 with queen-size bed, Bedroom 2 with queen-size bed and bathtub, bathroom with shower.
