Listing does not include all of the additional terms and conditions of a rental agreement that the host requires to be signed through a third-party service. Listing also does not say anything about a required security deposit, nor does it say anything about having to provide photo documentation of your ID, a selfie, or a picture of your credit card. Listing also implies that the home includes a kitchen, but the reality is it is a shared common space with multiple tenants in a building that feels like a college dormitory. All of the details that should’ve been included in the Vrbo app for the listing we’re missing and sent by the Host after payment to their website, which included the house manual, check-in and check-out procedures, and all rules that the Host requires to be followed, Also, the room is very small, the bed was not comfortable, the walls are thin where you can hear the other tenants in the building, and it is overpriced. The price would be fair if it was actually a home that included the kitchen area as the listing implies.
