The jewel of the Caribbean awaits! Unit is everything that is posted. Clean and close to pool and beach! Isla Verde Avenue has everything you need! If rest and relaxation is what you want, you’ll find it here! We enjoyed ourselves immensely, love Puerto Rico!

****** Definitely 6 stars! I don’t usually leave reviews, but people if your looking for prime location this is it! Absolutely beautiful and clean on the inside and outside of the unit! All the extras and beach necessities, we felt very comfortable and safe at the premises and the beach! Day and late nights. Walgreens across the street and good street food in walking distance 24/7! Definitely no need to waste money on a car rental while staying here!!! That was the only thing i wish I didn’t spend money on! The people of Puerto Rico are a proud and beautiful people be respectful of everything while on the island and appreciate local shops. Also walking distance. #Bistro Cafe

The studio was in a great location in a beautiful building and with beach access! The host was amazing and very communicative. The studio had anything you needed! I would highly recommend you to choose this studio! You will not be disappointed!

Rita was extremely hands on with the information needed ,actually the best we have ever received with our December Trips. The cabana is basically right on the beach . We had amazing time and can't wait to go back next year !

This was not the Luxurious Cabana seen in the pictures. It was a basic room and not steps from the beach. You walked through the courtyard, past the pool, to the beach. The parking spot was fine, but we couldn't figure out how to get out of the underground parking lot. The communication could have been better.

The cabana was wonderful. It was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed, from coolers to beach chairs and towels. The location was amazing--we were walking distance to many food options and stores, and Ubers, even to Old San Juan, were a bargain. There is a beautiful beach on the property with plenty of room to spread out. We really appreciated having our own parking spot in the garage. The convenience of a kitchen and fridge for breakfast, lunch, and snacks saved us a ton of money. It was cool--we barely needed the AC--and quiet. We hope to return, and we highly recommed.

The beach view was obstructed from our ground unit. But we were very close to the beach which was divine. The key fob system and gate locking systems are quite old and a bit glitchy. The apartment was pretty clean but could have been better. The sink in the bathroom did not drain well and the water presssure wasn't great. But overall we were comfortable and had a very nice trip.
