Every detail has been meticulously attended to, including split AC units in every room, ceiling fans, new kitchen appliances, and new washer/dryer. Lush tropical landscaping surrounds you, with magnificent monstera and tiare flower trees. Indulge in the joy of al fresco dining on the patio, fully immersed by the breathtaking Kona sunset view.
Location, location, location is important, and we love our location. Our home is just an 8-minute drive from Kona International Airport, and about 2.5 miles up the mountain into beautiful Kona Palisades. There's zero airport noise, lovely ocean and sunset views, and gentle breezes. We are located about 10 minutes from Costco and 15 minutes from the heart of Kailua-Kona town. There are beautiful beaches such as Pine Trees, Kukio Beach, and Kua Bay located just 15-20 minutes away.
We will email our guests a link to our digital Guidebook about a week before check-in, but message us if you'd like to preview it sooner. The Guidebook will display our keyless check-in and check-out procedures, describe our numerous amenities, explain the house rules, and provide our recommendations for dining, beaches, shopping, and more.

The location is perfect with a short 8-minute drive from the Kona International Airport. We love that many beaches, restaurants, and shopping are only 10-20 minutes away. The convenience of having everything nearby is a huge benefit and time saver. Or, you can adventure to the other parts of the Big Island such as Waikaloa and Captain Cook, which is about 25-30 minutes away.
The home is situated in a nice, quiet, residential neighborhood, named Kona Palisades. Due to the location and elevation up the mountain, the home boasts beautiful sunset and ocean views from the outdoor patio, living room, kitchen, and master bedroom.
