The morning after your arrival, we proactively checked in to ensure everything was meeting your expectations, and you responded that your stay had been good so far with "no issues." No concerns regarding cleanliness, mold, furniture, the yard, or the condition of the property were reported to us during the reservation, which unfortunately prevented us from addressing any concerns at the time. The request to have carpets and other items cleaned was not raised until weeks later. Additional cleanings during an occupied stay are considered mid-stay cleaning services and are not included in the reservation. We take cleanliness very seriously and have not received similar feedback from other guests staying at this property. We also strive to represent the home accurately through our listing photos and description. We appreciate your stay and wish you all the best in your future travels.
