Wake up to your peaceful oasis with private water views full of natural wildlife. You will love the open floor plan with a chef's kitchen stocked with the essentials.
Enjoy the expansive outdoor space complete with Patio, Pergola, Fire Pit, and large deck with outdoor kitchen. Walk down to the 28ft foot dock where you can fish, relax in the sun or take the paddle boat or Kayak for a boat ride..

Wonderful, well-stocked peaceful waterfront house

We were looking for a quiet weekend away and Carmen's place was just what we needed. There are many indoor and outdoor spaces with views of the "lake" (looks sort of like a canal). The place was spotless and was the most well-stocked rental I have ever stayed in, with lots of choices for coffee, hot drinks, and soda. It is about a 10 minute ride to town and we enjoyed the house so much that several times we got take out or groceries so we could eat at "home" instead. Carmen was great with communication. A+, 5 stars.

The Northern Neck is quiet and this home is located in a Bird Sanctuary. It’s fresh water and no worries of jelly fish. You can access the bay easily from the Association Dock.

What makes this property unique

It’s a luxurious but warm home, I make sure everything is clean and disinfected. The kitchen is Gourmet and well stocked. Comfortable bedding and a tv in every room. The outdoor space has another kitchen and firepit
