Spacious 6 Bedroom Vacation Home with Waterslide & Heated Saltwater Pool

You have the best of everything San Diego has to offer plus a view of the bay and SeaWorld fireworks, without the noise and crowds of being on the beach. The house has just under 3000 square feet of living space in this beautiful quiet upscale neighborhood. You will enjoy fun family time in the heated saltwater pool, rest in the jacuzzi after seeing the sites and enjoy dinners together using the outdoor kitchen! After the sun goes down enjoy the fire pit while enjoying the view.



The house is located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, and is ideal for couples and families. Before booking, please pay attention to San Diego noise ordinance and rules regarding noise and parties to avoid any issues. If your dates are not available, please ask about our other similar property nearby.
You will receive access instructions 24 hours before your stay.
A master bedroom is located downstairs with a full bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, a master bedroom with balcony and attached bath. The fifth bedroom has a trundle bed and a full-size bunkbed with a balcony off the room. We do have pack n plays, highchairs, umbrella stroller and more if needed. We do not charge for these items but please let us know if you need them so we can assure they are ready for your arrival.

We also have two living rooms, 3 bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen.
The best way to travel in San Diego is by rental car or Uber. We are only 5 to 25 minutes from most attractions.

Our family of 13: 8 adults, 1 teen, 3pre-schoolers & 1 infant all enjoyed our stay at this home. The pool, hot tub & water slide are a great amenity and unlike anything we’ve ever seen at a rental in the past. The owner was always responsive and helpful when we had questions. The kitchen is well equipped and we appreciated the baby gear: 2 high chairs, a crib and dinnerware & utensils for small hands. The neighborhood is quiet at night and the location provides easy access to airport, zoo & beaches. We look forward to staying here again next year for a spring break get-away.

Great place to stay if your family members like to swim and/or hot tub! Enjoyed the use of the outdoor kitchen too. The house had plenty of pool and bathroom towels! Also, it was really nice to have the use of a washer and dryer. April was great help with issues ( which were minor) and suggestions of where to go! Would definitely stay at this house again!

Awesome place to make family memories! The house was clean & comfortable and in a very nice, safe neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked if needed. It was nice to have beach towels included. There was also beach chairs, umbrella & sand toys for a trip to the beach - which was only about 20 minutes away. The backyard area was definitely the highlight with the heated pool, hot tub, huge water slide, outdoor kitchen, dining table & upper viewing deck with firepit! April was great at communication- very prompt with responses! Our grandkids left behind a stuffie & a bracelt that April sent to us when found - at her expense! That was so thoughtful & was above & beyond! We definitely appreciated her effort! We will definitely stay again if in the area!

The house was perfect for our family, 6 adults and 4 children ages 8, 2-10's and 14 year old. The backyard with the beautiful pool, built in hot tub and 30? foot slide were a huge hit! In fact, the kids wanted to stay and use the pool instead of going places like the beach or site seeing. The house was stocked with everything you need. Just bring cloths and shop for food. Full cupboard of spices and all the dishes, pots and pans you could need. In addition, there were chairs and wagons to take supplies to the beach, games for the kids to play inside as well as in the outside space. The location is perfect, 25 minutes to the Zoo and downtown, 10 minutes to SeaWorld, 10 minutes to Pacific Beach, 15 minutes to La Jolla. We would Highly Recommend this Home! In addition, the owners were on top of communication and made us feel right at home.

We flew in from MN and stayed Feb 11-18 2026. We thought we were renting a heated pool and spa, but that was not the case. The pool was only heated by solar rings and never was warm enough for our children to swim in it. The spa was controlled by the host, so we had to contact her every time we wanted to use it otherwise the heater was not working when we pressed the button, but magically worked after I contacted her. The home itself worked well for our children and grandchildren. Home was 30 minutes from most of the attractions we visited.

Thank you for your review and for staying with us. I’m glad to hear the home itself worked well for your children and grandchildren. For future guests, I’d like to clarify a couple of points about the pool and spa. The pool is heated and maintained around 80°F, which is a comfortable winter temperature for most guests. During cooler nights (which were in the 50s during this stay), we provide solar rings that help retain the heat overnight so the pool does not lose temperature. When the rings are not used, the pool can lose heat and it may take several hours the next day for the heater to bring it back to temperature. The spa is fully guest-controlled with a single button located by the pool equipment. I visited the property during the stay and also provided a short video demonstrating how to use it. Once activated, the spa typically takes about 15–20 minutes to fully heat, which is standard for spa systems. I’m always happy to help guests and responded whenever assistance was requested, but the pool and spa systems were functioning normally throughout the stay. Thank you again for visiting, and we’re glad the home was a good fit for your family gathering.

Great for our girls' trip
