Beautiful view

The view was gorgeous from the 15th floor. We loved the big balcony facing the ocean. We saw lots of dolphin, sea turtles, stingrays and even a couple of shark. Our only complaint was very low water pressure and the second bathroom sink would not drain. Otherwise, our stay was ideal.

Beautiful View

We have chosen One Seagrove Place as our vacation destination for 4 years. Every year is awesome! The only reason for the 4 star on condition is because one of the balcony chair cushions was completely ripped and we were not able to use that chair. Otherwise it was just as great as always! Thank you! We will be back!

Wishing we were provided with a little more of the essentials.

There was no handsoap for us to use and there was still hair from previous guests on the shower floor. Was only provided with paper towels and toilet paper and 1 extra trash bag. It would have been more relaxing to not have to worry of those little things. Never stayed anywhere that didn’t have at least the little bottles of handsoap or body wash. Also, box spring on beds should be covered. We don’t need to see the stains on that. It was not a comfortable stay🤢

Always a great stay, but this unit was not the best.

The kitchen needed some more glasswares, etc…. Everything was old. We used the pullout sofa and underneath was like it had never been cleaned before! Pretty gross. Also, the balcony furniture was literally falling apart. Anything would have been better. We always stay at One Seagrove place and love the 05 units because of the extra balcony space, but next time we will be searching for another floor.

Not happy with this unit!

I can’t say that I would recommend this condo. Furniture was worn out and bedding was dingy. Air conditioner temperature never got below 73 degrees so nights were uncomfortable. I did except better with paying premium price! I will not be renting this unit again!
