This villa offered stunning views of the Tuscan countryside. The home offers plenty of space for 9 adults to be separated and have space to roam. The village and towns are close enough to reach easily and major cities easy to access via train.
I took my adult children and their spouses/significant others for a week to Tuscany. The Villa was amazing. It was perfectly located. Marta was an absolute gem of a housekeeper/cook. I will go again and again.

The villa is stunning—exactly as described, with beautiful rooms, a great location, and a perfect setup for families or groups of friends. We enjoyed the setting and the property itself very much. However, the service was disappointing. Christina, the housekeeper, was not welcoming and often made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. Sheets and towels were never changed during our week-long stay, and when we asked for fresh pool towels after several days, she seemed annoyed. The washing machine didn’t work, and when we asked for help, our clothes were taken elsewhere and returned ruined with bleach stains—without an apology. The kitchen was also never cleaned, and by the end of our stay, the oven was left dirty. We also chose this villa for its privacy, but multiple unannounced visitors (owners, technicians, even strangers) appeared on the property, sometimes while we were eating or swimming. Mosquitos were a serious issue despite precautions, and the internet, while present, was very slow.Overall, while the villa itself is beautiful, the lack of proper housekeeping, maintenance, and privacy makes it hard to justify the 11,500 per week price.
Cabbiavoli was the gathering place for our two week celebration with family and friends for my husband’s retirement. We were within an hour of every place we wanted to visit (Florence, Siena, Piza, Volterra) and even got to do the Cinque Terre hike, albeit a long day but so worth the two hour drive time! The train being so close made all excursions possible. Wineries are very close and within driving distance. Cabbiavoli itself is loaded with history and its grounds and views are breathtaking. Marta will warmly greet you every morning for breakfast and this sweet woman is pure gold! We had her cook several dinners during our stay and each one was exceptionally delicious! Lorenzo assisted in the evenings, making the dining experience memorable with the beautifully set table and kind conversations. Christina will be on hand every morning and will have your room and bath cleaned up when you return from breakfast! The premises is exactly as described and shown in photos. Comfortable, clean, and inviting. We also enjoyed a couple days just hanging at the pool and enjoying all that had to offer. Views in every direction are gorgeous. We took them in for sunrise and sunsets. Always amazing! This was the trip of a lifetime and Cabbiavoli was the place to be. Ciao Bella, we will miss being there in this beautiful place.
