We loved our stay at Waterscape. Our condo was just steps from the splash pad which was perfect for our kids (and us)! The condo was very clean and had just about everything we needed. We visited right after the hurricane and our host was very communicative about what was going on with the property. We will definitely be coming back for future vacations!

Guide for check in and information received prior to check in were very detailed and helpful when we arrived. Parking was very convenient and access to the condo was easy. The condo was very clean and we were provided everything needed for a 2 night stay. The property had everything we needed to enjoy a weekend at the beach, and options for different pools. Chair and umbrella rental on property’s beach made it easy to enjoy the beach for the stay. Host was very easy to communicate with before and during stay. Thank you! We will be back!

We had an amazing stay! We have stayed at this property before but the first with this host. Tufan had nearly everything we could think of and the one thing we recommended adding he reimbursed us for the purchase! (A drying rack was the best thing to put our swimsuits and towels on after a day at the pool/beach) we prefer staying in FWB vs Destin and will continue to visit Waterscape in the future. We got to town early and were allowed early check in which was a pleasant surprise. Tufan checked in ensure we had everything we needed and told us how to reach out if necessary. Everything was very accessible and clean. The water is usually not very great to taste but clearly Tufan changes water filters regularly because the water and ice tasted fine. Thanks again for a magnificent stay!

We had a great time staying here. While I understand early check in isn’t typically available- I’d love for the bracelets to be left at the front desk to get upon arrival to enjoy the pool area. Several friends booked other condos and they were able to access their bracelets before check in. I’d recommend if you shop or door dash to plan for a LONG wait- I used Publix delivery and it cancelled the night before and was about an hour delay the next morning due to traffic. Door dash took over an hour as well- not the condo fault but just to be mindful. The rooms were bigger than we anticipated- perfect location for our small kids to pool area. We walked everywhere for dinner and to our competition at the convention center next door. I actually liked that the complex required a bracelet to get in and out of gates so I didn’t have to worry about my kids running off. We are already planning to return to this complex for another vacation one day!

It’s also great to know the wristband system helped you feel more comfortable with the kids. We appreciate your feedback regarding early access to the RFID bracelets. Unfortunately, we’re not able to leave bracelets at the front desk, as the leasing office does not manage or serve our guests. That said, whenever there is no same-day check-out, we do offer the possibility of early check-in. While this option isn’t always available, it does allow guests to receive their bracelets earlier and enjoy the amenities, including the pool. Thank you as well for sharing helpful tips about delivery timing. Traffic can definitely cause delays during busy periods, and your insight will be useful for future guests. We’d love to host you again on your next visit!

Beautiful Condo

We stayed at this condo for a week, and it was perfect for our family. Condo was well kept, up to date and even included beach chairs and umbrellas! Bunk beds had TVs, that our kids enjoyed. Room A226 is perfect for families with kids, as they can step out to the lawn and can be easily seen. We will book this location again, and look forward to next year.

Lovely place for your family!

This unit walks right out into the pool areas! Some people want a big ocean view, but this unit offers the convenience of walking right into the pool area which is super fun and convenient. Everyone can come in and out as they please. The view over the pool is nice, too. One thing of note is that all the furniture in this condo is really comfortable. My parents really liked that too. Will book again for sure!

We had a fantastic experience staying at this condo in Waterscape! The unit was spotless upon arrival – everything from the kitchen counters to the bathroom floors was perfectly clean and well-maintained. You can tell the owners take pride in keeping the space welcoming and guest-ready.The condo was not only clean but also comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed for an stress-free stay. Beds were cozy, towels and linens were fresh, and the kitchen had all needed essentials. The layout worked great for our family, and the balcony we really enjoyed being able to walk right out to the pool and beach access. Waterscape itself is a beautiful resort – the pools, lazy river, and beach access made it easy to enjoy our time without ever needing to leave the property. The location in Fort Walton is convenient to restaurants, shopping, and attractions.We would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean, well-kept place to stay on the Emerald Coast. Looking forward to coming back again!

We had a great stay. Only a few thing's we would have changed but lists the positives first! 1.The bed was comfy, nog broke down, and actually king size. (Alot of times its listed as one but really isnt)2. Location of the room is great! Especially if you have small kids or a disability. 3. Super friendly owner/management im not sure which 4. We actually couldnt find a missing bracelet the night before check-out. I found it the next day when i got home and was unpacking and reached out and they let me mail it back instead of just charging me for a new one. Which i really appreciated it! Because i can only imagine the price difference. Now the few things Id like to have different. 1. Paying extra for 5th and 6th guest. Ive never had to do that in all my years booking here or with vrbo.2. Beach service. I've stayed at waterscape for going on 4yrs, sometimes twice a year and this is the first time beach service wasnt included. There were 2 chairs included in the closest but 1 was broke. Which if whoever broke it didnt imform them they wouldn't know! So not on the renters. 3. Last thing, the only spatula in the room was for the grill. I had to flip eggs with 2 forks i made it work but wasnt easy. And 6 spoons and forks. I ended up going and buying plastic ones bc washing them multiple times a day got a bit annoying fast. Overall I'd rent again.
